We recently stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights, due to circumstances we had to change the dates we had booked, we phoned the hotel to ask if it was possible to change as we had paid for an advanced purchase room. The member of staff was extremely helpful and changed this for us.
On arriving at the hotel, the staff didn't disappoint, once again they were very friendly and helpful. We were checked in very quickly and within 5 minutes of arriving we were in our room, which was great after an 8 hour drive.
The room was perfect for what we needed, we had a comfy bed and a sofa bed which was nice to be able to sit and relax, the room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast is good, it's mainly cereals and other continental choices but there is also sausages, scrambled eggs and baked beans available. For this to be included in the room price it really is worth it.
We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were down for family reasons but the time we did spend here was comfortable, friendly and inviting. On our final morning my husband needed an iron but there was none left at the lifts, he asked at reception and they went out of their way to find one for him and even delivered it to the room for us.
Overall we had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend. The staff go out of their way to help you and are all friendly. We would choose to use this hotel again if we are back in the area as we had such a good experience. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

I have stopped at this hotel on several occasions and it always delivers vfm. Excellent friendly staff and good location for both Lichfield and Sutton coldfield.
