The staff were highly customer focussed the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I cannot find anything negative to say about my stay as it exceeded my requirements. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff excellent Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as I've already said everything about the hotel was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, rooms bright and airy and clean, also not too hot, breakfast excellent in choice and taste, again staff friendly and helpful. Hotel overall was clean and smart. We were early arriving and our room wasn't ready (our fault) but the girl on reception was extremely obliging and offered us free tea/coffee whilst we waited.
