Hotel is clean, staff are helpful however, I have been staying there for 3 weeks and each week the bar ran out of beer and food by Wednesday so you have to go to Frankie & Benny's and pay double.
The breakfast was disappointing to say the least, on the cooked side you get sausages that taste like rubber, scrambled eggs taste of nothing and cheap baked beans
All in all its a let down to the chain as I stay in Holiday inns across the country and wont be going back to this one.

I cannot praise the staff of this hotel enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Every time I spoke to the Reception staff I was greeted with a smile. They went out of their way (on numerous occasions) to make our stay memorable.
We were so impressed with their helpfulness that before we left we booked our next stay!
Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

We stayed over in Lichfield for a friend's party and booked at the eleventh hour.
On arrival the manager was very helpful. The room was basic and only reasonably clean. The beds were okay.
However breakfast was a joke! And not a funny one. The quality of the limited range of products available was poor - supermarket basics - and the hot option consisted of cheap sliced bread for toast and scrambled egg (not real egg!). Cheap and nasty sausages were put out eventually and they were not worth the wait!
The reception staff and a bed to lay our beds so we did not have to drink and drive were the only positives.
Raise your game Holiday Inn. A major corporate like you should be able to do better!

The staff could not have done more to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We have stayed a number of times and hope to many times in the future. Extremely good value for money!

First time stay at Holiday Inns will definitely use again. Staff were very friendly, rooms very comfortable, breakfast was very nice with a good choice and variety of food. Had a small problem with the swipe card key on room door but the staff volunteered to come up to the room with us to ensure we were able to get in each time we went to our room. All in all a pleasurable stay giving us a relaxing time while we visited a relative in the area.

Our stay was just one night. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was very good. Plenty of breakfast choices only thing missing was bacon! Would use Holiday Inn Express again. Thank you.
