The recent update is great with a much better roomier lobby and well designed and appointed guest rooms. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming. I like the location of this hotel as it is in walking distance to many restaurants and points of interest in Lille. February 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location and helpful staff Second stay here for a work visit and as before the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. I prefer to stay here than other hotels because of its location, being only a short walk to some great restaurants. Remembering that it is a HIE I have no complaints to make. January 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Nettes Zimmer aber sehr schlechtes Internet Das Zimmer an sich hat mir gut gefallen, allerdings gibt es einige Abstriche beim Hotel zu machen - insbesondere in Betracht des Übernachtungspreises: * die Internetverbindung war insbesondere morgens und abends so schlecht, dass selbst das E-Mailabholen lange dauerte (weit weniger als 1Mbit/s) * Das Frühstück war ok, aber die Auswahl war gemessen am Preis eher bescheiden * Die Zimmer und der Empfangsbereicht sind nett, aber Treppenhaus, Flur und Fahrstuhl wirken eher wie ein Billighotel January 21, 2015

Nur zwei Details habe ich diesmal als negativ wahrgenommen. 1. Zu wenig Platz für Reisegepäck. 2. Zu niedrige Temperaturen im Eingangsbereich und im Bereich des Frühstücksraums.
