The heat unit in our room was awful. It was either freezing or boiling. We asked for assistance from the front desk, but other than re-setting the guage, nothing else could be done. As a result, the LOUD unit went on and off all night long and none of us got a good night's sleep because we were either too cold or too hot. We asked for other accomodations, but none appeared available. In addition, they had no record that I was a club member.

My Husband had a Hip Replacement in the Surgery Center next to this Hotel so instead of driving 1 1/2 hrs back and forth, I decided to stay here. The Staff was so Kind and Concerned that they made me feel so good since I was all by myself. The room was so nice and clean. Breakfast was so nice to have since I was heading over to the Center in the morning to bring him home. They had a nice pool and excerise room. Check out was easy. My only issue was when I did get to relax and turn the tv on, the volumn was set and when the fan/heater went on you couldn't hear a thing on the tv. But other than that, would def stay again when I'm there shopping the Phila Prime Outlets. Thanks for a nice night.

Everything was most satisfactory, except for the plumbing fixtures,
which appear to have been poorly installed.

We enjoyed our stay - very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable with fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the pool. We thought our discounted rate (for the event we attended) was still a little high, but would stay there again. The only thing was that we were there 2 nights and gone one day until 1 in the afternoon and still hadn't received maid service - not a big deal though - all we really needed were towels and just asked for them.

I have stayed at a ton of hotels all over the US and this one by far was the very best experience I've had!! Check in was SUPER! That little lady that checked us in on New Years Eve around 3 or 4 pm was super nice friendly and all around a good person! Better keep her I wish I knew her name! I forgot to look at her name tag! She is one of a kind! I will stay again when in the area! Hotel was very nice super clean and the beds was the best:)

We have stayed here before and liked it. The staff and breakfast bar are great. However this time the weather was colder and all three nights we were there we asked for a blanket, but we were told they were out of blankets every night. Also the heater/air conditioner had only one speed - high. There was no way to adjust it and even when we turned the whole system off the blower still came on full blast. It blew so hard that the curtains would fly open and we couldn't hear the TV. We finally got some extra sheets and piled them on the bed along with our coats.

Once we found the hotel, all was great. The hotel is new and doesn't show up on GPS. We learned that as long as you use the default highest street number in GPs, you end up here.
The rooms were clean And comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite.
The cinnamon rolls were great and we enjoyed them each morning.
We were here form golf tournament at turtle creek. My oldest came to hit King of Prussia and the outlets (less than 10 minutes away!)

The hotel was great. The only thing I didn't like is that we had a room by the breakfast bar so everytime the pancake machine was going our TV would pick up the noise & we would get woke up from the noise.

Comfortable bed with a clean room. Staff was great helpful and courteous. Breakfast offering were very good and plentiful. Overall, a very mice motel.

This was a nice, comfortable, clean hotel, and everything would have been fine if we could have gotten the wireless internet access that I always get at Holiday Inn Express and that was advertised in the lobby and in the room. There was no wireless service at all, and I called the front desk twice to ask about it and even suggested that they try reseting the router, but the very friendly and nice employee at the front desk said he didn't even know where the router was or how to reset it. I asked if there was a computer tech he could call, and he said no. He said the front desk and business center internet was fine, but that's probably hard wired. The next morning, we tested the internet using our iPad and discovered that the wireless access point fizzled out two doors down from our room. Very disappointing.
