Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unbelievable stay On Nov 8th, I drove into Lincoln to visit my sister, which is a 4 hour drive from my home, at registration, I was informed that they had no reservation for me, i checked my bank card and saw the money had been taken off for the room, the desk clerk Krista advised me to call the travel agency that I used and find out why the room wasn't booked, when I called them I was told that the payment was being reimbursed into my bank account which would take 24 hours. I went back into the hotel to see if I could pay by check and told I couldn't, I was then advised to call the travel agency back and have them book our room, and not drop the payment, As I was on hold, I was told to go out to my car and get my husband and my daughter, and the hotel would help us, When I got back inside, I was still on hold, I was told to hang up, that the hotel was going to take care of us. The hotel gave me and my baby girl a place to stay when I was 4 hours from home, no place to go, and had very little cash in my pocket. Krista was a huge help, I couldn't ask for a better stay, We are going to make it our hotel of choice while we are in the area from now on. February 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stay while traveling. This appears to be an original Holiday Inn Express. Small lobby and breakfast area, room is small and out dated. But on the other hand it was reasonable and comfortable after a long day on the road. Reception was likewise mediocre, but efficient. No recognition of Priority Club. January 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice property-Lousy bed This is a clean, neat property with a friendly and organized staff. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows should have been replaced some time ago. The bathtub creaks loudly when standing in it, and the walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear the TV and conversations in the adjacent rooms. January 24, 2014

I had broken my leg/ankle that morning and was not really prepared to travel, move luggage, being in a full leg cast. Your front desk man [Lance] was extremely helpful. He got me and my stuff to a room and settled in. We/he worked around the fact that I had no wheel chair and wasn't very "good" with crutches. I can not thank him enough! Jim & Susie January 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed We had a chair that broke in our room because it was repaired with glue and then it broke when sat on. The overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The lobby, pool and the food area is clean. The rooms are marginal. This is one of the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at in a very long time. January 1, 2014
