Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Customer Service and Impeccable Accommodations The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was clean and beautiful. It was so nice to take a "dip" in the middle of February. The lobby was very welcoming and they even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water for us when we checked in. Our rooms were beautiful and clean. The bathrooms had an abundance of towels and toiletries. The bed and pillow was so very comfortable consequently, I got the best rest I have had in a long time. The mini-fridge, microwave and sink area was clean. Everything about this room was wonderful. The shuttle service to the casino was prompt and the vehicle was in excellent condition. The overall experience of the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln, CA was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. February 26, 2015

Whenever the phone rang, she would pick it up and made us wait for quite of bit of time. I brought it to the attention of her co-worker but was essentially ignored. He told me he just got back from lunch break and she was filling in for him. February 9, 2015
