Sara at the front desk is very friendly and goes up and beyond. She always made sure to say hello and to ask is everything in the room was to our satisfaction.
The rooms are very well kept as well as the enitre hotel. Out of all the properties I have stayed at this property has the friendliest and caring staff.

was exhausted and able to get a quiets night of rest here and in a safe location for my 4 year old daughter and I...
I was disappointed in breakfast as it had old rotten milk and yogurt. I didn't care for the unhealthy other fair...even the boiled egg was rotten ;( I am not picky but something healthy would have been nice like oatmeal option or un rotten stuff.
however very kind staff and very clean room!

At Breakfast every skim milk carton in the fridge was expired. some were as old as 11/26. I opened four different cartons and the sour smell that came from these cartons almost sickened me. the food was also cold so I simply left and ate breakfast else where.
The shower in my room had a broken shower curtin and the shower head was so packed with scale it barely worked
this is not what i expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I exclusively seek out Holiday inn express hotels for their clean quiet rooms and good breakfast choices.

Once again, the staff at this place are very nice and each time I am there I enjoy it. Room is always comfortable and clean, food always good.

This property is run down and not up to Holiday Inn standards. Even with every light in the room turned on there was not enough light to read. The desk chair was broken. The shower did not shut off. Very poor area of town.

Again our stay was a great experience. the staff is absolutely wonderful and always makes us feel so welcome. Beds are great (always), food is delicious (always) and room is clean (always). We keep on coming back---can't imagine staying anywhere else when we travel to Lincoln, Thanks again for a wonderful time!!!!

First, at check in, they told me pool was closed. I asked if hot tub was still working because that is one of the reasons I chose your hotel, and the lady told me it was. Went to our room to get our suits on to relax by hot tub, when we got there it was dirty and cold. Went back to hotel room to watch a movie and it stated on the tv we could order a movie and it wasn't working. Called down to front desk and she said that the hotel had cancelled that service. Ok, just watched regular tv until it was time to shower and go to bed. Shower was COLD. NO HOT WATER!!! In the morning, we get up to use the treadmills and cant figure out how to turn them on until we realize we have to go and get a key, so I bring a key back to the exercise room and I have the wrong key since front desk clerk wasnt sure which one I needed. By that time, I was out of the mood to exercise and it was time to go. And when coming to breakfast, you were out of oatmeal. It was just one thing after another. Won't be staying there again......

I stay at IHG hotels 95% of the time when I am traveling for work.
I checked in, I asked if they had any water, I am a Platinum PC member, and was told they do not have any. I went to my room and found the door blocked open on arrival, the bathroom lights were on. I called the front desk to ask why, and she did not know. I settled in and found that the bathroom drains to be really slow, almost plugged up. I went down and got a new room, upon arrival, I found that room to have its door blocked open as well. I tested the drains and they were acceptable so I stayed in that room.
This hotel is tired and not in a great neighborhood.
I did not have transportation during the night I was there and walked to find a place to have dinner. Only fast food was avalable with-in walking distance that evening. I was approached by a homeless man as I was walking back to the hotel from getting dinner at the Chinese fast food. I did not feel real safe in this area and I do not know if they had any security people.
I will not stay at this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay for visiting families of college students at UNL. Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable and nice location. If looking for a simple and light breakfast, this is the place. Stay here all the time.
