bed was comfortable, room was quiet. The only negative was TV and reception. Some channels were distorted, and picture in general was poor

Nice place to stay clean comfortable nice breakfast, had problems with Ihg rewards they used a local computer and couldn't find my reward number so I had to call Ihg to actually reserve it under my number, kind of a hassle but that's not a big deal, this place is still better than most hotels

Staff members were very efficient and answered our questions readily.
We were surprised at the lack of places to set our luggage and lack of hangers as we were in a two king bed room which would indicate more than one person. The too-small sheets as mentioned before was a very big problem. It looks like making them too small helps stretch out the wrinkles so they don't have to be pressed, but is a definite downer. The other item not mentioned before, but quite off-putting is that the pillowcases looked as if they had been slept on before without being washed. We assumed they were just old, but should have been fresh-looking and feeling for a good experience. Overall, your personnel were great; your amenities not so much.
