We only had a single king reserved and the manager swapped it for a room with two kings, which was very much appreciated. All the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, cheerful, and thoughtful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. I would encourage anyone visiting Lincoln or Omaha to stay at this location. Thank you all for great stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay The young man that checked me in was very professional and very helpful. He was a joy to talk to. The room was a great surprise. The room was very spacious with a jacuzzi. It was like a small apartment. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. I will absolutely recommend this to my friends. I will look forward to staying there again. September 8, 2013

We were greeted by Daniel, where he processed our request for a room without hesitation. He also made sure we were recognized as Reward club members. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast, which was good for us. August 31, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good bed, bad breakfast We had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign was practically invisible. Otherwise, the room was fine, had everything that we needed. Nice hot tub/pool. However, the breakfast had nothing but sweets...sweet rolls, sweet cereal, sweet yogurt, no fruit. Not healthy at all. August 22, 2013

The rooms were clean and comfy, with the Omaha World Herald outside the door each morning (except Sunday)......much better for me than USA today. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I would totally recommend this property. August 12, 2013

We asked and received one of the larger suites and it was always clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us traveling through. This time, I asked about bananas at breakfast and since they had run out of them, they sent someone to the grocery store to purchase some for me. That is excellent customer service! They also allow us to meet with family in the evening in the breakfast area and that works out wonderfully for us. April 19, 2013

The comfort level of the rooms can not be matched at almost any price and the staff are always top notch. Match that with a very convenient location and it's a combination that is hard to beat. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Freezing pool and hottub We checked in with 3 children so they could swim and we could relax in the hottub. On 12-31-12 the pool was freezing and everyone crowded into the hottub. One 1-1-13 the hottub was freezing and no one could use it. Or primary source of entertainment for the kids was usless. We stayed in the same hotel last year for new years and had a great time. We won't be back again. I complained three times to the personel at the desk and each time I was told we will call it in. Nothing changed.. We will be changing over to one of your competitors from now on. I cant believe I was treated so poorly by your staff. January 6, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pool's cold The hotel was average and the price was very reasonable for including breakfast, manager's reception and king size beds. My kids love to swim when we stay at a hotel. It was very disappointing how cold the pool was and we couldn't enjoy it as a family like we prefer. The breakfast was good but the manager's reception needs to offer a better quality wine than boxed wine and beer from a keg. There's some great bottled wines that are inexpensive and can offer more variety if you have canned or bottled beer. With a Sam's Club across the street, it would be easy to get supplies. Also for the manager's reception, you need to offer more than one snack, especially with kids. January 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of my favorite locations I've stayed at this location multiple times over the past 7 years. The staff has always treated me warmly, and I feel I can relax here. Even the manager remembers me and sees to it I'm taken care of. The rooms are always clean, and up-to-date. It is a quiet, yet convenient location with plenty of shopping & restaurants nearby. The Manager's Reception is a nice touch, offering different appetizers, sodas, wine, & beer. I highly recommend this location and this does not come easily from me as a Platinum Priority member who has experienced 100's of locations throughout the years. December 11, 2012
