This last time however was disappointing as the pool was down, the exercise room had no air conditioning, there was no fruit at breakfast and the halls and elevator were in need of a good vacuuming. Staff was great! We will continue to stay here as we think the staff was hit with a crazy weekend. But, makes it disappointing for the Monday-Tuesday crowd. June 24, 2016

I was pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff on all aspects of our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the greater Lincoln area. June 22, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hot night in Lincoln The first thing I want to say is that Connie, the desk manager was the highlight of the trip. She did EVERYTHING in her power to make sure this stay was not miserable. We had been outside all day and came back to our suite. We had our granddaughter with us and were hoping to get her to sleep and relax. The weather was hot this day and when we got into the room it was very stuffy and the room registered 79 degrees. We modified the temperature and assumed the temperature would cool off, but in about a half hour the thermometer rose to 81. We called the front desk and Connie quickly came to the room to check it out. She called maintenance and with their feedback on the phone she tried a couple of things (none of which worked). Eventually I drove over to the local Walmart and picked up a fan (there were none at the hotel) to improve the circulation. The maintenance man came later that evening and while the unit was working, the duct into the extra bedroom (where the baby was sleeping) was not working properly. Additionally, the beds were extremely soft with visible dents in the mattresses that I assume come from overuse. They could be replaced. The breakfast was fine and the staff was extremely helpful otherwise. June 20, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly, helpful staff We had a block of rooms here for a family reunion. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially one blonde lady who may have been the manager. She tried to anticipate any needs our large family (75 people!) might have. The hotel was modern and clean, and the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. Nice size pool, small hot tub, but all seemed clean and well maintained. June 9, 2016
