We stopped here, January 8th, on our way home from photographing the heartland. It was late and we were happy with our reception at this hotel. I was recognized as Gold IGH/Ambassador member and was given a king executive suite on the top (4th) floor. I prefer top floor to avoid upstairs neighbor noise, but this hotel is well insulated and we didn't hear a peep and had a restful sleep. We were also offered bonus points (in lieu of snacks?), which was the only time it was offered on this trip and a half dozens Holiday Inn Express and ICs. The hotel is conveniently located off of the hwy and I would definitely recommend and return on our next road trip. Thanks.

We have stayed at many many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have had great experiences; however, for whatever reason, the room we were put in had two queen beds with huge ruts in them. The four of us (two parents & two teenagers) each literally fell into individual depressions in our beds. You could visually see the huge indentations in the bed both with and without the covers on. These beds should never have been in service and were not representative of the quality we usually see. When I called down to the desk, the young gentleman that was working there told me he's never received any complaints about it. I asked for an extra soft pillow. He said there was only one extra pillow left in the hotel. When he came to bring it to us, there was no pillowcase on it. When I checked out the next morning and told the gal at the front desk that last night they brought me a pillow with no case on it, she didnt say anything and didn't look surprised at all. It was odd that although both clerks were very polite, they seemed to be confused on basic bedding & hotel standards. That was very disappointing because after driving for 13 hours, all I wanted was a decent nights sleep before getting up again in 8 hours to drive another 9 hours. :(
