Specifically, Jaoa and Virginia accommadated any request/need my party had, making the trip a lot less stressful and allowing us to relax. I would recommend this hotel to any future Americans thinking of traveling to Lisbon. July 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel Excellent location near metro station, wonderful staff, great breakfast. Very spacious, modern room and bathroom. No problem finding a seat in the large breakfast area. Mattress not quite as soft/comfortable as American HI Express hotels, but excellent compared to other Euro hotels. Room on side of hotel was very quiet - the road is a dead end so almost no traffic. Two blocks from Ave Liberdade so there was no noise from that street. Very good neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Marques de Pombal Metro stop. July 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Great staff and good location. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. The hotel is near the metro and designer shops and you can walk to the City center and Bairro Alto where you can find a lot of small restaurants and shopping. One metro stop to the big shopping mall El Corte Engles. Our room was clean, although smaller than the US hotels but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and if you need extra towels you can always ask. Overall we had a good experience and will recommend this hotel to other people. You should do a City Tour and of course Visit Fatima. June 25, 2014
