After arriving we were informed about cancellation of our reservation. It was 11 PM! The reason was my wrong card number. After arguing we were given a room and we could go sleep in one hour in night. In the morning I paid with the "wrong" card and left without any other incidents. My experience - never more this hotel!

We were greeted very warmly by the front desk. We were passing through Lisbon on our way back from Porto, and we stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express because we had a very early flight in the morning. We were happy to learn the hotel has a shuttle, but we were not pleased that it cost 4 euros per person. To be fair, it was a nice, black Mercedes.
Anyway, we were treated to a happy hour drink by the front desk for passing through on our honeymoon. Our room included wifi and breakfast, so we really had nothing to worry about, except finding time to rest. Our room was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. I had back pain the entire next day! The breakfast was pretty basic - cereal, pastries, ham and cheese. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so there are no restaurants nearby. We dined in the hotel cafeteria. It was okay.

We chose this hotel for its proximty to Lisbon airport the night before our return home. It was very convenient, the room was impeccably clean and neat,nthough the beds were a bit too firm. The breakfast was great for me, my wife and 4 year old daughter. The staff were quite helpful on restaurant advisement.

We stayed here on our first night in Lisbon,
Close to the airport it was perfect for a stay over.
Hotel modern, room comfortable staff very helpful.
Breakfast average.

Room AC unit did not work, but more importantly the staff made no attempt to resolve the issue. Dinner was very over priced for the quality of the food. Location is close to airport but there is nothing else near by.

We were very pleased with how the staff received us & helped us with the type room we desired. The room was clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was good as well. We would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

The staff were congenial, and spoke English very well. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The accommodation was adequate for a one night stay before a flight out. The rooms were a bit tired and on the smaller side -- not conducive to extended stay, they were clean, though. The master bed was comfortable, pull out was like an army cot -- a thin mattress with a big lump across the center. Appreciated having internet access. Located near airport. Heavy traffic outside window. I would have appreciated a bar area, separate from the check in counter, with more subdued lighting and possibly some John Coltrane on the hi fi.
