Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I will stay there again... My partner and I had an early flight out of Lisbon on the morning of February 8th, and we opted to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. My compliments to Joao and Mariana, the two staff members who were the "face" of Holiday Inn on the evening we arrived. Mariana went above and beyond for us. She pointed out the best area for eating, shopping and entertainment, called a taxi for us, and explained to the driver where we would like to be dropped off. Thanks to her, we had a lovely evening in Lisbon! We availed ourselves to the p.c. and printer in the lobby to print off our boarding passes and enjoyed the free wi-fi. Our bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep before our flight. The breakfast items were more than satisfactory. Several types of bread and rolls,butter, ham, cheese, marmalade, cereal, milk, juice, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, plus a couple of machines that made lattes, cappuccinos, etc. More than enough to get you going in the morning. I enjoyed my visit in Portugal very much and plan to return. I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again. February 11, 2014

Se los recomendamos February 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel but Airport Shuttle should be free Great hotel and member benefits. Breakfast was free and excellent. My only complaint is that an airport hotel should have a free or a very cheap airport shuttle. The shuttle was 5euro per person and the airport is only 1 mile away. The taxi is cheaper for more than 1 person. January 1, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Feel disappointed First, though the room was booked via ihg.com where in my account my credit card is saved, the hotel could not charge my card, and... they ask to send them all my credit card data, including CVC code! Wow! Second, the hotel is really in a very dull place, nothing near, and if you need just to sleep overnight - take a taxi, that would cost the same, and spend 10 minutes more to get to city centre. Third, the staff at check-out was absolutely indifferent. I ask questions - they have already gone, they have their own business rather than to assist people. Fourth, the breakfast is very very scarce. I expected more from HIE! at least, scrambled eggs! December 11, 2013
