The downside is the unavailability of the hotel shuttle on late evening arrivals and the unfriendly attitude of the local taxis when told of the relative short ride to the hotel from the airport. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and care! Location is convenient to Lisbon airport. Hotel was clean and modern. Facility was accessible to highway. We arrived earlier than expected and room was made available which was much appreciated. The front desk was very knowledgeable and assisted with several questions I had regarding transport to and from hotel, making some monetary exchanges, and more. El desayuno incluido no es nada extraordinario,pero alcanza para empezar la maniana con un cafe y algo que comer. Las camas muy pequenias y los colchones un poco incomodos. En mi caso particular fue la hab 214 que la ventana da al area de descarga de proveedores. Si son de dormir liviano se depertaran por el ruido de los camiones. August 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not as planned but was worked out. This hotel was clean, close to airport and quiet and breakfast food available. We had a very early arrival flight and when calling a month before for the reservation we were told to book the room for the day before so that when we arrived early the next morning we would have a room ready for us to rest for a few hours and freshen up all before check out time. When we arrived at 7:00am our room that we were guaranteed and paid for up front and in full was not ready, we were actually told the hotel was sold out. Don't understand because we were booked and paid for and was told to book for the night before and that notes were in the system calling it a late arrival and to make sure the room was available to us and not rented out. Well the front desk staff did go out of their way to clean a room and make it available to us about 1 hour after we arrived. Again not sure why I paid in advance in full for a room that was not ready for me as originally promised. So all in all the error was fixed and we were able to rest and freshen up after a long flight. Thank you front desk staff for pulling something together for us. August 13, 2014
