Pourquoi ne pas simplement dire qu'il faut entrer "Prior Velho Loures" dans le GPS ???? "Loures" n'est même pas indiqué sur vos coordonnées !!!! - une carte de 24h en transport public devrait être fournie aux clients :-) April 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok for a refreshing bathing time only! Fortunately I've been there just for 5 hours, a resting time before back home at night. In spite of Springtime it was a hot day in Lisbon, around 25ºC, air conditioning doesn't work according to guests choices. Besides the unpleasant hot room it was very tiny for 3 people (even in a triple selection). The sofa-bed had a so thin mattress that one can sense the springs supportting below. Transfer to airport works just during mornings up to 1p.m.. We had to be at airport around 8p.m. so, we asked a taxi at reception desk which has costed 14 euros to go through only 2 kms towards Portela Airport. Well, hotel worked enough just for a refreshing bathing time only. We didn't rest as we wished to. April 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Choice I had a real bad experience in this hotel. Poor quality, poor service, not at all clean. The room had a very bad smell, I found some hair on my bed.. And as the hotel accept pet, there was a dog free to walk in the hall and there was bad smell of dog everywhere (lift, hall, ...) Last but not least, the staff charged the room price 3 Times on my credit card.. The best choice is to avoid this hotel. Close to the airport you can find other hotel. April 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing This hotel did not live up to the standard of Holiday Inn Express where I have stayed in the past. Breakfast selection and quality was poor, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. April 7, 2015
