Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Close to airport lacking in service Although this hotel is close to the airport they should really discourage people with more than two in their party. When we checked in the gentleman at the counter insisted that I had only made the reservation for two people I explained to him that I was positive I made it for three because I requested two beds he then kept insisting that I only made the reservation for two people I am 100% positive that I made it for three because I know when you're in Europe they charge per person at most hotels and I didn't want to be quoted a wrong price not to mention I wanted a bed for my daughter but he kept insisting I made it wrong which irritated me. He then told me he had a room with one bed and a sofa bed so we took that. When we got up to the room we saw the mattress on the sofa bed and it was unbelievably thin that no child could sleep on that kind of mattress not to mention every time she would roll over the springs would squeak I thought the bed was going to fall to the floor. I phoned the front desk to ask for a pillow for her he then told me no I couldn't have one they only give four pills per room. God forbid if my husband and I would like to sleep with 2 pillows each. I asked him if he was serious and he said yes we can't have any other pillows. I did as the young lady at check out if they were sold out and that's why they possibly didn't have any extra pillows and she told me no they still had rooms but they were short on pillows. So this hotel should probably either discourage for more than two people or get new sofa beds and buy some more pillows. Also don't insist that the guest made a mistake on the reservation and tell them over and over they are wrong. They should also let you know there is a fee for the shuttle and it has limited hours.
