I am a regular client and the place is fine but I would really recommend to improve the breakfast, some variate.
It's clean, comfortable and great staff, except when I start asking about my points , the front desk never told me a straight asnwer and till now I haven't got my points in my account...

When I asked for directions to reach the hotel, they gave me the only bus number that's not working on Sundays. They didn't want to tell me the price for the taxi from the Hotel to the airport. When I booked by Reward Nights and I changed the type of room, they charge me straight ahead, so I asked for a IHG's phone number and this number didn't exist. So I found another on internet. They make me lose my time and my money in calls just because I change the type of room and they want to charge me. I got the refund after 4 days.
This Hotel is too far from Portugal, in the website it's like that you're close from the city but it's not real.
They didn't do the greeting as a Priority Club member.
I saw the internet code in a piece of paper, that's why I could use it.
