Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was a nice location but the room could have been cleaner... I like the location, the hotel grounds and common areas are very nice and tidy. I ran into having some flying insects in my room and had to wait until noon the next day to be moved. That caused inconvienance because I had to repack all my belongings and relocate. The staff seemed slightly surprised but did try to apologize. I finally got a better room but I feel it could have been handled right then rather than have me stay in a bug infested room until the next day. Other than that, the location is perfect for family trips, and the location is safe. April 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Cozy Place I stayed here while in town for a concert. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and personable. The lobby was nice and clean. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. I really enjoyed breakfast, because it is not served in the lobby, but in separate "great" room. The room is clean, spacious and has a view of a marina. The hosts were very helpful. I was a little saddened that they served pancakes instead of waffles :( My overall experience was great and I would stay here again April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding in all areas Stayed here for two nights just before Easter and was greeted by Lisa and Joy on the desk who were really welcoming and friendly also upgraded me as a Platinum member to a King Suite. the room was excellent, the bed one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the lounge and kichen area was perfect with a TV in both the bedroom and lounge. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room had a stunning view over the harbour. The following morning I was due to change rooms but thanks to Susan and Julia the GM, they changed things around so i could stay in my suite. Service beyond the call of duty and what makes a good hotel great. This is my eighth IHG hotel in 3 weeks and although the others were good this one is exceptional and by far the best of my trip. I try to stay in IHG hotels most of the time and with the loyalty rewarded by staff like here in Little River, SC I wont be changing my hotel preferences anytime soon. The hotels are always to a good standard, but it is staff that make them exceptional and everyone here were brilliant. Hope to return again sometime and thanks April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and value Stayed here for two nights w/ my brother to check out the Myrtle Beach area before heading up to Wilmington, NC for a few days. The hotel is just a short drive to Cherry Grove Beach and North Myrtle Beach, and provides easy access to the highways. Overall the hotel is consistent with most Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed in. The added touch here is the beautiful marina/harbor area located behind the hotel. We definitely would stay at this hotel again. April 6, 2015
