Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Morning Everything was great about my stay until the morning of my departure rolled around. When I checked-in, the receptionist was very pleasant and fantastic to work with. The location was perfect, the room was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. However, it all changed later that morning. I was in town for business and had meetings later in the day, so I was using my free time early in the morning to get some work done from my room and to call-in on some conference calls. With an 11:00 a.m. check-out time, it worked out perfectly. Between the times of 9:00a.m. and 10:30a.m., I was interrupted by house keeping three times wanting to come in and clean the room. On the first occasion, the attendant didn't even knock before entering. I was sitting on the couch in the middle of a conference call when she just came in. In addition, I had the "Do Not Disturb" hang-tag on my door all morning. After that, they loudly knocked two more times wanting to enter. The hotel was not full and I know they were trying to flip the rooms quickly, but one reason I specifically booked this hotel was for the check-out time and opportunity to get some work done. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I am very pleased with this hotel. The staff was great. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful. My only complaint is that my day of checkout I was resting and called to confirm checkout time. I was told 11am. Well as I was leaving at 11 am the manager informed me that I did not have to check out at 11 am because I'm a IHG member. I was furious. I had just talked to someone earlier and told them my room number. I guess that person was to lazy to see that I was a member and could check out later. Other than that small snafu everything was great. February 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Bed Hard. Nice place to stay if in Little River. Friendly staff, and clean. Bed a little hard for my wife's taste but ok for me. Breakfast times were great . Wi-Fi not very strong in room dropped out a lot. February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice location Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. The property has a very nice location with a view of a small boat harbor from the breakfast room. Staff were friendly and courteous. Observed breakfast attendant encouraging children to use tools to get breakfast items instead of their hands - thank you! On the down side, I noticed a crack in the tub surround and what appeared to be mold on the caulk around the back side of the bathtub. Otherwise the property seemed to be well maintained February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A restful night after a hecktic week! I had worker for 10 days & nights clearing out a house for a move and hadn't had a good nights sleep, not even in my own bed. On the night before I flew to our new home, I had to choose a place to sleep. This Holiday Inn Express was recommended to me, and I'm glad I came. Nice room two firmness' of pillows, comfy bed and bedding. Spotless bath, nice tv, refrigerator, and microwave. A bit of a late check out was no problem. I'll be back to this Holiday Inn Express soon. February 15, 2015
