Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, polite and comfy We had a one night stay with a late check in and rather early departure, but the staff from the front desk to the breakfast buffet were are very nice and willing to help. Rooms were clean, comfortable and stocked with all we needed. The only recommendation I would make is to have toppings like cinnamon, granola, brown sugar and raisins and craisins for oatmeal. Wide variety of fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, pancakes, and I believe it was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy , but I didn't partake of that area since we were in a hurry. November 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible experience When I arrived, the front desk staff convinced me to sign up for the rewards program. I thought it was a great idea until I saw the room. The room provided had double queen beds, but my reservation was for one leisure king bed. I was never consulted about the change. When asked why the room was changed without letting me know, the front desk clerk said he was not sure but plenty of king bedrooms were available. The room had a pungent smell of vomit from not having been cleaned well enough from a previous visitor's accident. There were streak marks from something like vomit on the dresser and bedside table. There were also new white stains on the carpet as if from the vomit smell. The alarm clock was unusable, because no sound was emitted and the volume did not work. The 5am wake up call I had requested for Nov 3rd was never made. The hotel did have guaranteed late arrival. Because of my late check in, I did not have the energy to complain and switch rooms. This room should never have been left in this condition. At my arrival and signing up for the rewards program, I was told that members would get their receipt printed for them under the door after the midnight closeout. I looked for the receipt in the morning and could not find it at either door. It turned out it was at the front desk with everyone else's. November 10, 2014
