Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by All about expectations I only have experience with room 145 but it wasn't a good experience. The toilet base is cracked and the toilet has sunken into the tile floor. Sitting on the potty is like taking a cruise in a violent storm, including whitecaps in the toilet water. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no way to close the blinds/drapes enough to prevent vehicle lights and the parking lot lights from coming into the room at night. A dog was barking from somewhere (close) in the hotel. I tried to use the phone to order pizza from Baron's. The line wouldn't connect. The internet phone number for Baron's is a fax number. The pizza, promised in 35 minuted, took an hour and 15 minutes. Excellent breakfast in morning and very friendly staff from the manager to the server. Asking me if everything was okay. August 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed in Layout The open atrium area outside the inside rooms creates noise that carries into the rooms. I prefer the current HI Express design of rooms on multiple floors. Much quieter. Also disappointed in the condition of the shower head as there was broken Sheetrock around neck coming out of the wall. I still recommend The HI Express chain as it does provide good value overall. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great facility design backed by great staff The Little Rock Airport Holiday Inn Express has a unique design that I really liked. The rooms surround an open atrium style center area. The dining area and pool are located in the center area. Our room had a door on opposite sides, one entry into a hallway and the other entry to the center open area. The front desk staff were the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered in my many years of participation in the Priority Club program. Daryl (the one who is not the General Manager) was particularly helpful, friendly and courteous. He showed interest in our travel, helped us find a good restaurant and even offered to give us a ride to the restaurant because it was threatening to rain. The only criticism we have is that my wife thought the mattress was too soft. All in all this was an exceptional experience and we will plan to stay at the Little Rock Airport facility again. Boston's restaurant at the neighboring Holiday Inn is an excellent restaurant. August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and friendly staff Was convenient to the airport, shuttle service was great and cheap parking prices for my vehicle compared to the airport. Beds and pillows were comfortable, no complaints at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. August 21, 2015
