Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel with a couple tips for you.. The hotel is very nice looking, open, and spacious, and very clean. Good stuff! Staff was helpful when needed and did a good job answering questions and recommending local food. Got recognized as a Rewards Member, but got no water or snack. I don't really care, just a heads-up. Tips: - The rooms do not have refrigerators in them. May not be a big deal for some, but I stay in IHG hotels so I can rely on having a fridge for bottled water. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing. - The ends of the hallways have doors on them to enter and exit them from the main atrium. These doors are heavy and slam quite loudly. I would recommend you request a room near the center of the hallway away from the doors if possible. Mine was right next to one and I got jarred awake by the slamming every time someone came down the hallway. Solid hotel - good stay. April 7, 2014

Front desk staff members were most helpful and very friendly. Our guest room was clean and comfortable. The parking and shuttle service to the airport for an early flight was wonderful. The shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this hotel. April 6, 2014

The service was excellent beginning with the very nice bellman that picked me up from the airport. He was prompt and courteous. When I arrived at the hotel, I found the lobby to be decorated very tastefully. The Front Desk Agent was very courteous and friendly, but still professional. Once in my room I found it very comfortable and clean. I ordered room service from Bostons and the food was delivered in a timely fashion and it was delicious. The next morning the continental breakfast was very tasty and the lady preparing it was very friendly. I recived an email that my flight would be leaving late and the front desk agent extended my stay for an hour. He was very nice. My check out went smoothly and the bellman that took me back to the airport was also prompt and courteous. Excellent Stay! March 26, 2014

Tub very slow to drain for trying to shower. Room decorated nicely with flat screen TV.Very clean. Disappointed that I was not recognized as Club member.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recently updated, former Holidome This hotel looks like it was refurbished very recently. Everything is brand new... except maybe some of the plumbing fixtures. Despite being an airport hotel next to a freeway, my room was very quiet and comfortable. The only drawback to the room configurations - the King rooms do not have sofabeds. This would be an issue for my family on future stays. Because it's a former Holidome property, the breakfast area is massive, and the pool is huge. I'm sure we'll be back. March 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great 'staging' area The hotel was perfect as a 'staging area' for our early morning flight to Cancun. The rooms were clean; the staff treated us extremely well; and the shuttle promptly delivered us to the airport -- even though it was 5:00 a.m. When we returned 2 weeks later, our vehicle was awaiting us in the hotel parking lot -- no extra cost! The only negatives I can even come close to flagging is the fact that we left the hotel too early to take advantage of the breakfast; and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes upon our return (and after we called the hotel) for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Just a few dollars lower in cost would have also been a plus. February 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by handicap room The bathrooms in the handicapp room have no bars around or near the toilet. There is no counter space around the sink because the ammenities use all of it. It would be difficult for a person in a wheel chair to use. Parking for the handicapped is a distance from the room. The beds are comfortable and the TV and internet service is adaquate. I didn't realize the room has no fridge or microwave - my fault for not reading room info. That will not affect my staying here again, just info for planning purposes. Have delivery service from Boston's restaurant direct to your hotel room is a major plus in my opinion. The food is only a bit pricey, but good flavor and quantity. Delivery was fast and everything was hot and fresh. If you're flying out of Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport (formerly Little Rock Airport) it is a great place to stay. For anyone who isn't aware, the hotel offers a Park and Stay room rate so you can leave your car at the hotel versus the airport. This is a wonderful, cheaply priced service. February 20, 2014
