While this stay did not permit us to use the internet, or enjoy the fabulous breakfast, those have always been super in the past. We definitely recommend this hotel. January 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, but still waiting for points Nice, comfortable, friendly staff, but there was a problem with the door lock on the pool side. The manager, we checked in about six, had to let us in and called maintenance who told her there was a problem that he couldn't fix right then. No problem there was a door on the inside hall. But the manager said she would credit us 1000 points for the inconvenience. That was December 29 and I'm still waiting for the points to show up on my IHG statement. January 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short stay for early flight next day. Our stay was too short! We were not able to take advantage of the amenities offered. We had to catch an early flight home and were hoping that the hotel would provide a "bag breakfast" for us to eat since we were not there during the breakfast hours, we asked but it was not possible to have one. Wish the 2 beds were queen rather than double -- we had 3 people so a king room was not for us. January 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No coffee in the lobby or the room. I have always stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for several reasons. First and foremost because of the excellent staff service. Secondly, I know my room will be clean and comfortable. Thirdly, because I keep late hours and need coffee. I was not happy when I had to wake at 2:30 a.m. in the morning for a flight to discover this facility does not have lobby coffee until 6:00 a.m. on the week-ends due to the late breakfast being served at 7:00a.m.. I had one packet of caffeinated coffee to share between two people. I asked for some at the front desk and was told all they had was decaffeinated. Needless to say I was not happy. I have never know this to happen at any of the other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at. The night manager and shuttle driver were excellent. The manager of this property needs to change his policy of not offering lobby coffee to save a few dollars. My few dollars will go else where. January 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden gem! This hotel is perfect for flying into LIR and using it as a base for any business or pleasure trips. Nice indoor pool area. Suite 601, next to the pool, was very roomy and has a walk-in jaccuzzi tub. We made a mistake by not eating breakfast at the hotel and went to Waffle House across the street. As Waffle House goes, and I'm a fan of that chain going on 50 years, this one disappoints, so avoid it. Airport just across the overpass. We'll stay there again for sure! January 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff!! I travel extensively and stay in all levels of hotels. Stayed at this hotel along a drive from Atlanta to Oklahoma. Made the reservation sight unseen but depended upon the brand. Parking was a little bit of a challenge due to proximity to airport. That being said, the very moment I walked in I was greeted as professionally as I would at any top international hotel anywhere in the world. Breakfast the next morning revealed additional kind and friendly staff. I watched as they greeted "regular" guests with the familiarity of family. I did not feel left out. I also watched as the manager greeted everyone he walked by. I let him know my observations from the night before to the morning, and he clearly understood that you are only as good as your staff represents you. Well done Mr. Manager!! December 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 front lobby need some training Overnight stay prior to catch a morning flight. I was not impress with the front lobby staff. This young man somewhat discriminate me. I asked him if I supposed to receive a welcome package like every where else as a gold member. He said "we don't do it here" but yet he offered my coworker who chek in after me. The older lady thst was there also showed an attitude like she hates her job. Not friendly snd helpful when I asked about the direction to tbe airport. The shower out of sudden turn cold. It will not get hot again like it runs out of hot water. This is the worse IHG property snd I will not stay here again. December 16, 2013

Received the wrong type room, and another customer room blinds would not close. and both of us were treated as thou it was our fault we were having issues.
