Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great 'staging' area The hotel was perfect as a 'staging area' for our early morning flight to Cancun. The rooms were clean; the staff treated us extremely well; and the shuttle promptly delivered us to the airport -- even though it was 5:00 a.m. When we returned 2 weeks later, our vehicle was awaiting us in the hotel parking lot -- no extra cost! The only negatives I can even come close to flagging is the fact that we left the hotel too early to take advantage of the breakfast; and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes upon our return (and after we called the hotel) for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Just a few dollars lower in cost would have also been a plus. February 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by handicap room The bathrooms in the handicapp room have no bars around or near the toilet. There is no counter space around the sink because the ammenities use all of it. It would be difficult for a person in a wheel chair to use. Parking for the handicapped is a distance from the room. The beds are comfortable and the TV and internet service is adaquate. I didn't realize the room has no fridge or microwave - my fault for not reading room info. That will not affect my staying here again, just info for planning purposes. Have delivery service from Boston's restaurant direct to your hotel room is a major plus in my opinion. The food is only a bit pricey, but good flavor and quantity. Delivery was fast and everything was hot and fresh. If you're flying out of Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport (formerly Little Rock Airport) it is a great place to stay. For anyone who isn't aware, the hotel offers a Park and Stay room rate so you can leave your car at the hotel versus the airport. This is a wonderful, cheaply priced service. February 20, 2014

Staff was helpful about road conditions, provided a great room at a a fair price and made our travel interruption much less stressful. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, but still waiting for points Nice, comfortable, friendly staff, but there was a problem with the door lock on the pool side. The manager, we checked in about six, had to let us in and called maintenance who told her there was a problem that he couldn't fix right then. No problem there was a door on the inside hall. But the manager said she would credit us 1000 points for the inconvenience. That was December 29 and I'm still waiting for the points to show up on my IHG statement. January 20, 2014

We had to catch an early flight home and were hoping that the hotel would provide a "bag breakfast" for us to eat since we were not there during the breakfast hours, we asked but it was not possible to have one. Wish the 2 beds were queen rather than double -- we had 3 people so a king room was not for us. January 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No coffee in the lobby or the room. I have always stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for several reasons. First and foremost because of the excellent staff service. Secondly, I know my room will be clean and comfortable. Thirdly, because I keep late hours and need coffee. I was not happy when I had to wake at 2:30 a.m. in the morning for a flight to discover this facility does not have lobby coffee until 6:00 a.m. on the week-ends due to the late breakfast being served at 7:00a.m.. I had one packet of caffeinated coffee to share between two people. I asked for some at the front desk and was told all they had was decaffeinated. Needless to say I was not happy. I have never know this to happen at any of the other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at. The night manager and shuttle driver were excellent. The manager of this property needs to change his policy of not offering lobby coffee to save a few dollars. My few dollars will go else where. January 8, 2014
