LITERALLY! no working internet... couldn't get work done... person at front desk said he'd "reset" modem but it never worked up until the time i checked out (speed via speedtest.net was 0.2 mbps!). hotel has funky odor throughout... room smelled and wasn't cleaned... had to call front desk to ask for an air freshener... front desk merely called housekeeping to come by and spray the carpets with a generic cleaner, which was almost as bad as the original odor... really bad location in an industrial area so no restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. nearby... i was pretty appalled at this particular location, especially since i'm an "IGH rewards club member," and i actually think that MOST holiday inn expresses are quite comfortable... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely friendly and professional staff From the time I was greeted by Jacob until the the time I was told 'Thank You' and bid 'Farewell' by Scarlett, I experienced only friendliness and a attitude of helping from every staff member I encountered. This included an offer of water from Security and an off-duty House Keeping member that walked me to my destination #as opposed to ponting me in the direction and leaving me to my own devices# even though she was on break. Thank you for all the courtesies that were extended during my stay. They truly made the trip much more enjoyable! July 8, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Reservation I called the national number instead of the hotel directly. Luckily I had a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel there was no reservation for me. I had to stay in a handicapped access room. The room had a very bad odor. I asked the maids to spray some air freshener around the room and they did. I was very tired and ready to rest otherwise I would have complained. I only had to stay one night so I did not complain to the staff. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice (Scarlett). This was not a local hotel problem but obviously a problem with national reservations. You need to fix that! I have stayed at the Airport Holiday Inn Express in Little Rock, AR many times and have never had this problem. July 6, 2013

The front desk staff greeted me as a priority club member and talked to me like we were very good friends. The young man at the front desk provided me with a bottle of refreshing water. I just enjoyed everything about my stay from check-in, hotel amenities, hotel decor, hotel location and especially the price. I plan on staying at this hotel everything I am in Little Rock, and I will tell all of my friends and co-workers about this wonderful hotel. June 27, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by POOR BED We have stayed here before and everything was nice. This time the first room they gave us smelled like a perfume counter. (allergic to air freshners) The second room had a bed that was like sleeping on a rock. I finally slept in the chair. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 75 so the room was warm. We didn't eat breakfast because we had to be at the airport by 6AM. It would be nice if breakfast started at 5AM. A bottle of water isn't much recognition for Priority Club Members. June 25, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Improving This stay was much better than the last stay. However, I would say that the wi-fi experience was concerning. I couldn't log on with the account given and when I followed the instructions and called the number given, I was asked an abundance of personal questions. The phone call gave me the feeling that I was putting myself and my company at risk so I turned off the wi-fi antenna on my computer and wouldn't use it. Even after wi-fi stated working, the service tech was asking if I was going to access my companies information through a secure key and other items like that. I really couldn't use the wi-fi comfortably after that and refused to put my companies data and network at risk. June 11, 2013

I love this holiday Inn Express and would tell anyone traveling through the Little Rock area to stay here.At Holiday inn expresses you can always get a clean room friendly staff. There are never any hidden suprises and you can always expect a clean and friendly enviroment . Where ever I go you can plan on Holiday Inn Express as my place to stay. They are the best as far as I am concerned. I travel with my job and would not stay any where else.I have stayed in have stayed in 17 of the best HIE that there is . Starting with Scarlett and all the staff at the front desk and Darlene in the dining area who are all unbelievably welcoming, friendly, customer service-oriented, you name it! We love this particular location and staff and will keep on coming whenever we are in the area AND the new remodel turned out really nice.
