We travel quite a bit and this was definitely one of the best overall experiences that we have ever had. Room was excellent, staff was great, and breakfast was great.

Holiday Inn Express Little Rock-West is an excellen hotel and a great value. The rooms are large, well-equipped and very clean. The hotel staff is customer service centric and upbeat. The morning breakfast selection is wide and excellent and well-maintained. I'd recommend this specific hotel to all travelers.

My husband & I have stayed here two times recently & have no complaints. The staff during the day & night are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very nice & spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I even left a couple of items on our first visit and the front desk person, Lukas, went to the room & found the items in the drawer. He saved the items for me until we could pick them up. We will continue to stay here during our frequent visits.

I was new to this area and was pleasently surprised how nice this hotel is. Lucas, the front desk person is great. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and guide me to places to eat. Just a fine young man. Overall a great stay. I will return.

My family and I checked in on January the 1st, and the young man at the desk was very conversational and professional. Our room was just not clean, however. I'm not sure if there had been a party the night before that had gotten out of hand, but there were 4 different places that had icing of some sort on them. I'm sure that the folks that clean have a check list they go through, and 'wipe icing off of the door' is not on it, but it was on the door between rooms, on the floor, on a coffee table, and on a wall next to the bathroom. I've never cleaned rooms for a living, and I know it must be difficult to see the room with fresh eyes each time, but that place needed an additional serious cleaning. I mentioned it to the front desk as we checked out, and although they seemed puzzled, they didn't apologize in any form or fashion.

We have stayed there many times over the years for business and family events. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. Location is good with shopping and a movie theater close. American Pie Pizza is very good and right across the street, as well as several fast food places. Staff has been outstanding. We have even left "stuff" and the staff has been prompt to package and mail the items to us. Nothing has EVER disappeared. We really do appreciate this as a great place to stay in Little Rock.

The room was great and so was the service. We did get locked out once (the 3rd day of a 3 day stay ) and had to get our key cards redone.
The pool was great and we enjoyed it with our grandkids as usual. The breakfast was great with enough choices. The beds were comfortable and the room was great too!. The only thing wrong was the cool air that the air-conditioner blew out into the room with no baffle and angered my wife's sinuses! Maybe something to direct the cool blast up toward the ceiling?

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our suite was modern, spacious and clean. The mattress was firm and the breakfast was good; the free Internet "sealed the stay".
There is no doubt where we will stay on our return visit to Little Rock!

We stayed here during the Race For The Cure weekend. It is in a very safe part of Little Rock, close to good restaurants, and easy to find. The staff was very kind, couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
