We stay here because of the decent rewards program, and they always try to accommodate their guests. But the staff wasn't too caring, or helpful. One of our bags went missing, and the staff was clueless. Our first room was a little filthy; but the next night they granted us a different room that was much nicer! Blame it on Easter weekend? Overall, it had it's ups and downs; typical hotel...

AT 9;30 PM FIRE ALARM WENT OFF THERE WAS NO FIRE , THE PERSON AT THE DESK COULD NOT TURN IT OFF , THERE WAS NO FIRE
