Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decent accomdations, rude staff/service My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend for two nights. We made reservations over the phone two weeks prior to arrival and specified needing a pet friendly room. When we arrived to check-in they had apparently not set us up with a pet friendly room however the gentleman at the front desk was willing to let us stay in a non-pet friendly room with the requirement that the room be inspected prior to check-out and we not go through the lobby but instead use the back door, disappointing considering it wasn't our fault but we agreed and the weekend mostly went fine until check-out. We had requested a late check-out and confirmed it upon check-in but when the morning came to check-out the lady at the front desk whose name was Jazz called every 15 minutes for an hour to check-out and sent house cleaning up every 15 minutes to knock on the door, which of course sent our dog into anxiety central. We explained that we had confirmed a late check out prior to that day but she was not accommodating at all and basically all but kicked us out the front door. Needless to say very disappointed with the customer service and staff and will definitely avoid this location in the future. April 25, 2016

Room was spacious, comfortable desk and lounging chairs. Breakfast excellent. The next time in Denver there is no question where we will stay, Right here! Excellent value. April 15, 2016

The price is good, but as an IHG member, I want it to be the same each time I come, which is about once a month.
