Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible bed/Fair service We checked in late, and all staff were off except the desk clerk. When we entered our room, the air was blasting, the curtains open (room was in the front of the hotel), and the room smelled stale. My first thought was to go buy air freshener ASAP. We did note that the bed was hard, but did not notice a stain on part of the top linens until the next morning. Also, there was no shower curtain, so we managed for the first night. This was reported to the desk and taken care of (shower curtains and stains). The TV would shut off at random, and we could never adjust the refrigerator temperature. The breakfast bar leaves a lot to be desired. This hotel is probably the better of the Live Oak hotels, but it could stand some much needed improvements. September 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay My only complaints...Internet was very slow and pages would time out. The wall had 3 baseball sized places that had been repaired but never painted and the shower could have been cleaner. Overall good stay... I would recommend. September 15, 2014

I really like the Live Oak area as my wife and I have camped there several times, but this was the first time I needed to have a hotel room in Live Oak. I considered staying in Lake City, but was very glad I made the choice to stay in this property! The staff were extremely friendly and the property was clean and well maintained. I had absolutely no issues with the property at all during my stay, which was Wednesday through Friday nights. I would definitely stay here again in the future and will consider staying here for some of the great festivals in the area instead of camping!! August 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Only place in town If there is another option, try it. One side of the hotel gets very hot in the afternoon and there are no trees around to block it. The "fitness" room is poor, not even hand sanitizer and the linens were thin and rough. August 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Desk clerk We drove nearly 15 hrs, were tired and hungry and from previous stays at Holiday Inn, we were sure this one would be no different. The desk clerk was very courteous and friendly and gave us a list of several restaurants. He also mentioned to my husband that he should always indicate that he is a Veteran for other discounts.
