If there is another option, try it. One side of the hotel gets very hot in the afternoon and there are no trees around to block it. The "fitness" room is poor, not even hand sanitizer and the linens were thin and rough.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bjs29 Desk clerk
We drove nearly 15 hrs, were tired and hungry and from previous stays at Holiday Inn, we were sure this one would be no different. The desk clerk was very courteous and friendly and gave us a list of several restaurants. He also mentioned to my husband that he should always indicate that he is a Veteran for other discounts.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Fine Stay, Excellent Value
My wife and I, along with two adult children, spent an evening at this Holiday Inn Express, en route to Tallahassee. I had booked it without using any of the "services" - and still managed to snag a competitive rate. All of the staff members were genuinely pleasant and helpful. They provided us with adjacent, connecting rooms - their suggestion, which we happily agreed to. The facilities were clean, the rooms were spotless and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included bagels, cream cheese, eggs - and even turkey sausage - with the usual accoutrements. I paid roughly the same for another hotel in Tally the next night, that wasn't anywhere near as nice as this place. Everyone in my tribe gave this an enthusiastic thumbs-up.

Service was good and friendly. Breakfast offerings were good and varied. Room was clean and comfortable except that we both thought the bed was too firm.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by tlc48 return of item left in room
While on a 3 week trip to see the 4 corner states of the US on my Goldwing Trike- I found myself in a downpour of a rainstorm and was happy to find a vacancy. My stay was average.
Two days later I realized I had left my laptop power cord/inverter in the room. I immediately called and the desk clerk confirmed that yes, indeed that had found it. I requested that they mail it to me and I would gladly reimburse them the cost to ship.
Eight days later I I arrived home in Washington state expecting to see it in the mail but it had not arrived. I called them again and luckily talked to the same desk clerk who said she had given it to supervisor for shipping . She would check on it for me. I waited and still no power cord/inverter. I again called on the 30th and no one knew anything about it. I'm really frustrated because this particular power cord-inverter is about $80 at Best Buy.
I'm hoping they will read this, contact me and finally ship my cord.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by PJG3 Worst HI express we've ever stayed at.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the sleeping area of our room was fine. However, the bath room needed a lot of TLC from falling off tiles to the questionable growth around the base of the tub...it was not the greatest. When we went to breakfast 30 minutes before it was to end, there were 5 little hall points of milk left in the frig, there was no gravy for the biscuits, there were no eggs offered at all, the pastry/ bread area was severely lacking, and worst of all, THERE WAS NO PANCAKE MACHINE! Aren't they all supposed to have those now? Worst breakfast ever. I'd pass buy and find another hotel in the future.

Bathroom grout was dirty and missing in some areas. Air conditioner was noisy. Refrigerator was so noisy I had to get out of bed an unplug it. Carpet in room and hall were stained.
