We were really pleased with the service we received the young lady that checked us in was lovely .
we had a lovely room with a perfect view of Albert Dock.
Everybody we came into contact with were very friendly and polite.
We had a wonderful time and was very pleased with the whole trip and accommodation up until the day we were leaving .
We went down and had breakfast then went for a last stroll we left personal belongings in our room so we could freshen up on our return before setting off on our six hour journey home and was horrified to find a maid in our room who had cleaned the whole room which was at 9.50am when we had not checked out which was at 11am we had intended to have left by 10.30 to have been out in plenty of time .

The location for this hotel is excellent and we had a pleasant room with a view of the Mersey. When we stay in a hotel we look forward to a relaxing breakfast. The food choice was limited and the quality fairly poor. It wasn't a comfortable area to have breakfast in and we got the impression that breakfast was a token gesture and that the staff were in a hurry to clear the area. We left before the 10a.m. end of breakfast time so it wasn't because we were late finishing our breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night to visit our daughter at uni.
The location is great plenty to see and plenty of places to eat out. Parking was easy at the Echo Arena with a discount this made very cheap parking for a city.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfy we had a view of the Albert docks which was nice. We had a family room and the bed for our youngest was made up ready she loved it. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

I stayed here recently for business. The whole stay was made fantastic by the greeting and assistance by the lady on the desk called Maria. She did everything to make my stay easier and more enjoyable and she is certainly a credit to the hotel. My travel company had not added my ihg club number to my booking so she found it for me and upgraded my room as I am a gold member. The room was brilliant! As are the local restaurants as I found that evening, I can recommend Pan-Am. Breakfast was also very good and I found the location excellent for both business and leisure time activities.

The location of this hotel is perfect, overlooking Albert Dock and the ships, the Beatles Experience, The Mersey Ferry and the waterfront, Maritime museum, Museum of Liverpool, the Tate Gallery and a good range of restaurants and bars are all within a few minutes walk. The hotel is clean and well managed, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mark.
This was our fourth stay here and it certainly won't be the last.
