Room as expected and both evening meal whilst a limited menu was cooked well and served in reasonable time Breakfast was plentiful in stock and warm and tasty. Easy to get to all areas from here so recommend for business or those using airport as right next door - no noise from airport that i could here either May 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Noisy air conditioning and NOT near the airport! No rooms for smokers, a bottle of water was just short of £2.00 and the air conditioning kept us awake the whole night! We did not get a wink of sleep! They must have been aware of this as we have previously seen that other customers have complained about it. It was a long walk from the airport, especially when carrying cases. May 26, 2015

I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a coffee and continental breakfast at 4.00am. We drove round to the airport car park 250 yards away and were in good time to check in for our flight. May 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly, safe, clean hotel for women travellers I stayed four nights and found the service to be warm, friendly and helpful. I was a woman travelling alone for this stay but I felt safe the whole time. The breakfast is complementary, quick and easy. I am a vegetarian and found enough on the breakfast and bar menus to see me through. The hotel is in a convenient position for Liverpool and the motorways. For the price, I recommend this as a pleasant, clean and convenient hotel. I shall be returning. May 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Stay,Great Staff Everything that could go wroing did go wrong - from being given wrong room, to being served terrible food for dinner and breakfast being stone cold.Only the friendliness and sincere aplogies of the staff saved the day. I have stayed at this hotel before and the stay has been OK - so will give them the benefit of the doubt .However will think twice before booking in again, and only when no alternatives May 17, 2015
