When I told staff about it the next morning, they were aware of the problem, and didn't seem interested or able to do anything to correct it. August 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay My octogenarian parents and I stayed for two days at the Holiday Inn Express. My mother is handicapped, and the handicapped room was very well equipped. We had adjoining rooms, which was very convenient and enjoyable as I could keep my room cool! I did miss not having a refrigerator, as Mom is a diabetic. We were in Billings for doctors appointments, and were within minutes of the clinics. I would definitely stay here again. August 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Personnel The lady on duty the night we checked in was all by herself. She hurried and became short with me when I checked in. She was not very cooperative, but again, she was the only one there. Other than that, this HIE was a wonderful place to rest ourselves. August 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice hotel Hotel is next to the freeway, but did not hear anything outside. Had a room that was not vacuumed, but front desk got us moved right away. The washroom in the lobby had no lighting, was broke, The elevator was broke, too. Food is boring and premade american cheese omlette standard for this chain. Scrambled eggs are probably powdered as they were fully yellow. Turkey sausage and no pork. I do recommend staying here as this is normal for this chain. August 13, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay here!!! I have stayed at many Holiday Inn express' and this is the worst by far. The staff was rude and did not help at all. I was very disappointed. We had to call several times to have a roll-a-way brought to the room. The breakfast was horrible. August 5, 2014
