Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Executive Management Consultant Overall this hotel was very comfortable. The hotel was selected because of its proximity to the client. Secondarily it was selected because of my priority membership. The only issue I have with this hotel chain is the morning breakfast fare. I travel extensively and a good breakfast is what I look forward to each day. The breakfast offerings are sub-standard. Many times I would rather pass of the breakfast at the hotel and go to McDonald's. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service We had been to market all day and had 2 kids with us. All of us were tired and the room was comfortable and roomy for the 3 adults and 2 kids that were staying. All of us slept well and enjoyed the clean shower and great breakfast. Kids had what they liked and the variety was enjoyable and good. For the numbers that stayed the room was comfortable. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Manager The night staff was great and very friendly. The room was nothing special but clean. That's were the good stops. I didn't get checked in until very late due to my flight being delayed so I was given a late checkout. However, housekeeping tried to enter the room at 8:15 in the morning because they were told I was already checked-out. Unable to fall back to sleep I ended up checking out at 9:15; not a late checkout. Then I got charged an extra charge. When I called to ask about it, the first person I talked to was polite and tried to be helpful; when I talked to the manager she was kind of rude and said there was no record of the extra charge but said she would check some other things out and give me a call back that day. After waiting for forty-five minutes, I called back and the manager had left for the day. I will not be staying at this hotel again. January 8, 2015
