The night staff was great and very friendly. The room was nothing special but clean. That's were the good stops. I didn't get checked in until very late due to my flight being delayed so I was given a late checkout. However, housekeeping tried to enter the room at 8:15 in the morning because they were told I was already checked-out. Unable to fall back to sleep I ended up checking out at 9:15; not a late checkout. Then I got charged an extra charge. When I called to ask about it, the first person I talked to was polite and tried to be helpful; when I talked to the manager she was kind of rude and said there was no record of the extra charge but said she would check some other things out and give me a call back that day. After waiting for forty-five minutes, I called back and the manager had left for the day. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Excellent experience. I could not ask for a better stay and am quite impressed on how clean this overall Motel was. Hope to stay again soon!

I was traveling for work, my partner and I were transporting a helicopter thru Billings. My partner called ahead to see if there was room to park and the person that answered the desk said yes. If I had known which hotel he had called I would have told him to find us another hotel because I've been burned at this hotel before.
We arrived in a snow storm, I got stuck trying to get the helicopter transporter out of the road into the hotel.
The room was OK, the hotel clean, but the staff does not have a clue about parking anything larger than a Prius.
