We were unable to contron the heat/ac with the unit controls. My wife was very unconfortable with the setting which made her cold. A call to the desk did not ring. My wife at 2am went to the desk and very knowledable young man came to our room and showed us the thermostat. Which solved the probelm. He checked both phones for reaching the desk, neither worked. You need to place a notice on the heater/ac unit neer the control box to advise that the unit operates with a thermostat placed on the wall.

Need a larger variety of fruit for breakfast. It was so busy last week that the staff could not keep up with the coffee needs.

The visit to this hotel was made special by the employee in charge of making coffee and breakfast in the morning. A perfect grace of making you feel at home at the time you like to touch your coffee.
Grace offered much more than the usual breakfast ingredients. Her personal interaction and sensitivity in reaching out to the needs of the guests reflected a woman with wonderful people skills.
A mother of 5 adult children, eleven grand children fully dedicated to make us as guest "at home".
Grace is her name. We left her with a note and a card expressing our thanks for the warm personal interest in making our morning stay as comfortable with very efficient services.

hotel is new and the staff is friendly. the AC could have been quiter but overall, it was pleasant and the price was right.

This property is relatively new, has maintained the cleanliness associated with newness. The staff were helpful, the room cleaning crew did an excellent job. I would recommend this facility for anyone whether one night or more.

The hostess in the Great Room was very helpful in making sure that all of the guest were cared for. She was always offering to get something or make suggestions.

Super comfortable and very clean. I travel quite a bit for my company and try to stay at a IHG brand all the time they are friendly courteous and rooms are always clean if not they go above and beyond to ensure my stay is awesome. No exception here in Lodi.
