Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by five night stay Usually a great stay here. We had three adults for four nights. On the fifth night our daughter joined us. We were given a roll away bed which there was no room to open anyplace in the room. We asked for towels at night for FOUR adults to shower with (three of us have long hair and need one to wrap our hair in). The night manager was very reluctant to give us more than three "It's our policy to only give three towels, because they get stolen". I get that folks take hotel towels. But to expect four adults to shower with three towels and washcloths is ridiculous. This has been my third stay here, and I never had to justify asking for towels. The room wasn't all that clean like it was on previous stays. Flies in the window sill and dirty ash trays. The carpet around the fridge smelled a bit musty. October 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking Rooms I travel with a group of guys so I booked 9 rooms online using my work profile. All of us are non smokers and my profile is non smoking. Somehow the booking got changed to smoking rooms and the hotel was sold out before our arrival. Although the the staff offered to do anything they could as far as room fresheners and such, there was no way to move us to non smoking rooms. There probably was a notification on the reservation, but it would be better if it was set up to bring up a box that you have to check to verify that that is OK. October 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable accommodations after a long day After a long day of touring in our antique car, this Holiday Inn was a welcome conclusion to our day. Becky was most hospitable, welcoming and helpful in getting our entourage settled in and supper plans made. Breakfast was one of the best we have had on this trip. Their warm cinnamon rolls were wonderful. The general manager, Devin, was most helpful in confirming our route from Logan for the next day's travel. September 30, 2014
