Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay We were there 3 days for family reunion. We had a great stay the rooms were clean and we had fresh towels every day. We had 3 people in the room and we actually had enough towels and wash cloths for 3 people.(That is a pet peeve with me when booking a room you tell them the number of guest in the room and they leave 2 wash clothes and 2 towels) So I was happy to see enough towels and wash clothes. Pillows were great and bed comfortable. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful . Front office gal was really above and beyond helpful. We had at least 50 people that had booked rooms for the reunion at Chief Logan . And she was very pleasent with us all. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her.She was the only one on duty on saturday night. But she never made you feel as if you were a nuisence to her or that she was too busy to help you. And with that many I am sure we keep her busy. The only down side was not referator or Microwave in our room. Would have been nice to have one for Diabetic in the room . Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and breakfest was best ever in a hotel stay. Pool and hottub clean. Cholrine very strong No chance of germs surviving in that water !!!!! August 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service The manager on duty was exceptional. I forget her name but she was very helpful of my needs, friendly, and the only one on staff the evening I checked in. She was an expert multitasker, answering the phone and checking people in and working the front desk and doing all sorts of things simultaneously. She deserves a raise, or a bonus, or more vacation time. She was clearly overworked because your hotel was understaffed for a Friday night. Really? Just one person there on a FRIDAY night? She was the reason your hotel received an above average review for me...because the room I was in had a broken air conditining unit and reaked of cigarrette smoke. But as I was not there with my family and it was just me, I didn't really mind. August 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Refrigerator Nice clean hotel conveniently located within walking distance of dining and shopping. The only issue that I had with this hotel was that there was no refrigerator and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I will return to this hotel the next time I am in this area. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Holiday Inn Logan Regional Room smelled of urine when first entering. When showering next morning found that the bathtub was stopped up. No TV channels with HDTV. Refrigerator did not work. Unable to find hotel on GPS as the hotel address indicates Costos when it is actually Kostas. When telling night staff about room problems they showed no interest and appeared to be inconvenienced that they had to write down the information, I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past 6 years and it has definitely gone down hill as to the upkeep. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds and delicious cinnamon rolls! We stayed here to attend a funeral in the area. I traveled with 2 grown daughters. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with choices that would suit nearly anyone. The walls/ ceiling are a little less than soundproof and we had trouble sleeping due to overhead noise. When the staff was alerted to the noise, it lessened greatly. The wifi wouldn't work for us, but that was not too much of an inconvenience. The pool and exercise areas were clean and well-maintained although we didn't use them. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when the need arises.
