We were exhausted from traveling and needed a hotel that was pet friendly with a black lab. It was music to our ears when the staff stated "Absolutely." The staff was very accommodating to us and our dog. After spending 3 weeks traveling in different motels I have to say your bed and especially the pillows were the greatest.

Room met my prior experience with this hotel. Other than previously mentioned problem, there were no problems.

We were overall satisfied but I tried to get a late check out die to my son's wedding and the woman at the front desk was rude and not very helpful. Other than that the sty was very pleasant.

After booking several rooms for a wedding party the hotel refused the grooms mother a late checkout. Very disappointing service.

I stayed at this hotel as my first trip to Hocking Hills. It was also first time ever I made time to go somewhere for my kids' spring break. The hotel's friendly staff, good value, and convenient location allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my short 1-night-2-days trip to Hocking Hills. Unlike other hotel breakfast, the breakfast here was also something I would be willing to pay for happily, if it were not complementary. I look forward to coming back to Hocking Hills and Holiday Inn Express Logan will be my choice next time as well.

You need to let people know about any work going at you place. It's just makes it easier to deal with.

I am a platinum member who exclusively stays with IHG brand hotels. I am always treated wonderfully at the properties I stay at, that was until I visited the Hocking Hills Holiday Inn Express. I was told I would have a cot in the room since they were unable to book me two rooms. Getting the cot was a huge deal and at first I was told that there weren't any available. The rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves and they were unable to put a fridge in my room. The whole floor I was on, including our room, smelled of paint fumes due to the renovations and the workers were loud and rude. When asking basic questions to the front desk such as can I have a second room or do you have the cot I was promised, the responses were I don't think we have any and oh I am not sure we have cots. She didn't even lift a finger to check and see. I asked to talk to the manager 3 times and each time was told she was busy. This is not the treatment I am accustomed to, very disappointed.
