Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay - Excellent pet policy Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed was a little firm for me but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was your average complementary breakfast fare. Nothing fancy but adequate. We especially appreciate that they allowed our dogs without additional charges. March 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great pet friendly option We choose this hotel because of their pet friendly policy. We were pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We given a room on the first floor by the side door which made taking the dogs out for potty trips easy. The room chairs weren't really good for watching tv. Not much room for them and uncomfortable. I appreciated the different choices of yogurt at breakfast. My only complaint was the lack of snow removal. I realize the area received a lot of snow, there were no attempts to shovel the snow from the doors or walkways. At the main enterance guests were having to drag bags thru several inches of snow. Taking the dogs out the side doors meant wading through snow over the top of my hiking boots. The sidewalk going around the building was never shoveled. To me, just unacceptable way to treat guests. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel worked for a kids Hockey Tournament Weekend Stayed at the hotel with our sons hockey team and a few other hockey teams. The breakfast in the morning was above expectations, eggs, pancakes and sausage. It was nice to have real hot breakfast foods included. The pool area was very chilly (it was early March) and the water from what the boys said was colder that they would like. The hot tub was not working, which disappointed the adults. But overall it worked out well for our needs. There seem to be plenty of space for the parents to hang out as well. We also would have liked it if the room had a fridge in it. March 11, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing stay, but the pool/hot tub area was closed! Nathan at the front desk was outstanding! Positive attitude with a lot of enthusiasm and willingness to be helpful! It was very disappointing that the pool and hot tub area was closed for a heater problem of some sort. No discount was offered. Breakfast was great, no other problems encountered. March 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great upgrade I arrived at the hotel after a really long day and was looking forward to a visit to the hot tub.When I got there I was informed that the pool and hot tub were being updated.I was also put in room with no ref.or microwave.After visiting the front desk,I was given an upgrade to a king suite with a hot tub and ref and microwave. Really great customer service.I will be staying here again when I'm in the area for work and when my wife and I travel on the Harley. March 2, 2015
