Had issues connecting to the internet at first, staff helped, and ended up being fast and good connection. Towels were unraveling at the ends which looked bad but otherwise good experience. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by High priced, average stay, saggy beds Property was generally very clean inside and out. Parking lot appearance was very nice. Elevator convenient to the lobby. Bed was very saggy and was difficult to be comfortable in . Window curtains did not close all the way so be ready to be greeted with morning sun. Inexpensive furnishings, towels, drinking glasses and coffee cups (plastic/paper). Sparse accommodations for the price paid. My room did have a small refrigerator and a microwave, which were welcome. HVAC under-the-window unit worked well enough for me during my stay. Breakfast service was nothing special. They did have very crisp bacon, which I like. The pancake machine did work and churned out pancakes fairly quickly, but they weren't very flavorful. I did not see staff ever clean any breakfast table. If the previous guest didn't remove their debris, it would remain on the table. No problems interacting with staff or with other guests. May 18, 2015
