Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Park Royal Lovely place to stay, area quiet too which helps. Staff very friendly at all times. selection of hot and cold breakfast. Comfy bed, dark room, had a great few night sleep. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. So close to train line and you don't hear them at night. Across the road there is a Costa and a small tesco with good opening times December 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short summary Everything was about right. Rooms, lobby, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and willingness to resolve any of our issues that was raised. Possible areas for improvement is maybe the breakfast (a bigger variety would have been perfect) and the noise level in the rooms that are facing the street. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday Treat Overall a good place to stay. Friendly staff , a good quality room , a reasonable choice for breakfast. The icing on the cake is the proximity to the tube station, North Acton. A 5 minute stroll from the hotel front door. My only negative comment was regards the low level intermittent drone probably coming from the heating system boiler? that we could here in the evening when we returned from a day out (after 10 PM) Since my wife is a light sleeper she had to use ear plugs. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Review I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, what a pleasure to have Savi greet me upon arrival, he even took the time to come from behind the receiption counter to say hi and welcome me, there was even a sincere greeting from him in my room which was hand written, he is a credit to the hotel. Lovely stay as always. Thanks and will see you again soon. December 8, 2014

It was very clean, the rooms were immaculate and the three most important aspects of a hotel were excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent and the included breakfast was varied and tasted excellent. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service We visit this hotel regularly, and, whereas in big cities stays can sometimes be rather impersonal, we feel we are visiting friends. The staff cannot do enough for us, and we were totally relaxed at all times. We will be there again in the New Year on our next visit to London, December 2, 2014
