The hotel has good sized rooms that are clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel and will revisit it myself. We stayed here when visiting Wembley. Only £20 in a taxi or take the tube.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by silhill13 tis what it is just somewhere to sleep!
Breakfast was poor. Not much choice. Crossiants hard.
Very poor bar. Room was ok, shower wash had run out, shower curtain had stains on.
It is just somewhere to sleep, nothing more nothing less. £16 - £20 taxi to Wembley stadium. It did the job nothing more nothing less! Would I stay again, if I couldn't get in a hotel nearer the stadium I guess yes.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SCCW Great staff and wonderful location
Regardless of the small room size, the hotel is a wonderful choice for leisure tourists. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is good. The underground train station right behind the hotel makes its location ideal for vacationers who seek quietness at night. The only downside we encountered during our stay was that the computer in the lobby was not free - a 5-minute or 10-minute free use would be great since we always got to use a free computer in the US!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by diamonds3 Nice clean rooms
Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds with basic facilities. Stayed here whilst attending a concert at wembley , we walked back from concert it takes about 1 hour it's approx 3 miles away . Might seem a long time but met people on returning to hotel that had to wait 1 hr for taxi to turn up ! As when we came out of wembley it was grid lock so walking seemed better option with mc Donald's on route back . breakfast in the morning is a free for all could be better arranged for ease of use . Would stay again if going to concert .

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Amit100 Top floor is a pain (room 405 definitely)
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It's conveniently located and staff is always excellent. However there are 2 main issues.
1. The top floor (especially room 405 which I've now stayed twice in) get a lot of noise - probably due to lift equipment on the terrace and some other equipment as well.
2. You get hard water in taps - not potable and not easy to get lather off when you shave/bath.
Was disappointing to be given a top floor room in-spite of making a request not to, when booking online on HIExpress website. May stay here again ONLY if I find no better options.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Madhu84 Hidden Gem outside Central London
Great hotel located at North Acton Underground station. Only 30 mins on the central line to central London.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The company I work for had made a mistake with my booking and Savvy on reception had solved the problem quickly.
The room with spacious and clean with flat screen tv and tea/coffee facilities as well as plenty of space/shelves to unpack my things and store them for the week. The bathroom consisted of a shower very powerful), sink and separate toilet.
The breakfast in the morning was very nice with a wide range to eat.
There is a Tescos, Esso petrol stations and Dominos Pizza nearby.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by alexkhchu Some Pros and Some Cons
The pros for this hotel is the price as compared to other hotels in London which most of them are unreasonable priced.
The hotel is very close to the tube and has a supermarket nearby which helps a lot and it is only about 15 mins from Paddington.
The wifi is quite bad in the room, it cuts off every other 5 minutes which is very annoying. Other places are fine.
I can't believe the hotel does not do wakeup call and asking me to set my alarm myself in the TV which is so complicated and didn't want to bother.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MelbBoy Comfortable and quiet
I enjoyed the couple of nights I stayed at Holiday Inn Express - Park Royal. Very handy located behind the North Acton tube station and with a Tesco Metro across the road. The room was very comfortable and I was delighted by how quiet it was too. The service was refreshingly professional and friendly. I would stay here again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shaikhspeare Excellent location. Shame about the parking!
Ideal for getting the central line (tube) into London. Shame about the pakring though - only a few spaces on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and tidy, and right opposite there is also a Tesco Express!

My sister and I spent a total of four nights at the Holiday Inn. One of the reasons we chose this particular hotel was it's close proximity to the tube (subway). This was our primary form of transportation during our trip. The North Acton station is at least a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our stay included breakfast. I only wish the breakfast had more variety. Otherwise, it was a typical continental setup. The room I booked did not have a refrigerator or microwave. However, we did have a hairdryer. There is a convenience store located across the street. I recommend this hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wingebob Great hotel good value
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Would recommend as a good base for events at Wembley stadium and trips to London with the tube close by.
Not a great deal in the surrounding area. Only realised at the end of our stay that you can order takeaways at the reception we arrived early evening after the game and ended up using the nearby kebab house which was ok but pricey. Breakfast was good - self service eat as much as you like. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Di13 Great Staff!!
Loved the Staff, especially Christine! She is the best and should be promoted to General Manager! Maybe not... 'cause then she won't be there! She is sweet and accommodating; great attitude no matter how busy or what time of day, multi-tasker, informative and dependable! Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast ; perhaps have 2 counters and split the items so it is not so crowded while waiting for toast. Close to tube station. Call or write the hotel prior to arrange transportation. Very satisfied with transportation to airport. Bus access in front of hotel.
Negative: No individual safe boxes in room; would like to see them in the rooms with numbered keypads. Housekeeping staff could be more friendly. Hotel is not close to attractions or downtown London. If schlepping lots of luggage: very difficult on tube/bus, especially from ports. Plan travel time for tube/train or bus if going to attraction areas. Not many eating spots around.

The Noth Acton tube station is behind the hotel: it is just 15 min from London centre. Very friendly staff. The safe box is free of charge. You have scrambled eggs, sausage, corn flakes, yogurt, bananas and oranges on brakfast - good start. There is a Tesco minimarket just on opposite side - it's open till 11pm. Recomended.

This was my second stay at the HiEx London Park Royal. Good hotel, good value, good location. Basic room was clean and the staff got me exactly the type of room that I wanted. I had a late night flight out of Heathrow (10PM) and the staff kept my bags all day while I ran around London. I will stay here again when back in London.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Danielp777 Superb location and appearance, good value
I stayed for 9 nights for travel purposes. The hotel's location is great - overlooking a Central (red# line underground station which brings you to Downtown in just 20 mins. Also direct buses running to Oxford Street. Tesco supermarket and gas station nearby. The hotel is very quiet nevertheless, and my sleep was not disturbed. The property and room are very well maintained, new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet is free, also in rooms #need to renew the password every day but it's ok#.
I need to mention the rather limited choice of offers for breakfast #e.g. only scrambled eggs, no tomatoes or cheese...#. This becomes slightly annoying once you are staying for long #like 9 nights# and have to eat the same food again and again.
Another disadvantage is lack of wardrobe in the room - again, this is very inconvenient during a long stay.
I received no benefits or recognition as a Priority member #was told the Express brand does not provide any extras).
Overall, I recommend this hotel and would come back again in the future.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Milly4513 Excellent location for London short trips
We had a room on the fourth floor. It was very clean and quiet. The tube connection into the city was excellent, only two minutes from the tube station. Opposite the hotel is a supermarket, where you will find the most needed things. The variety of breakfast was fair, but could be better. I was there with my 12-year-old daughter. We would come back again. Full recommendation!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Connie70 Can't wait to be back!
Just returned from a short stay at the Holiday Inn Park Royal. Check in was very fast, professional and informative. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Very convenient that rooms have individual control panels for air-conditions. Bathroom very spacious and had a good water pressure in the shower with an instant flow of hot water. Something that really impressed me was the cleanliness of the premises. The public areas are very well kept and the bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The corridors had a fresh smell and so did the rooms. Bathrooms are definatley scrubbed daily as no mould was present around the basins. Hats off to the housekeeping department. Breakfast was usually very busy especially on the weekend. Sometimes people were waiting for a free table, but it was never an issue. Food is replenished constantly and the staff are always on the go catering for the guests. Variety included 3 or 4 types of cereals, sliced bread and bread buns, croissants, chocolate pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, fresh fruit and canned fruit, fresh yogurt, fresh milk, juices and tea and coffee. Location is just around the corner from North Acton station, which is on the central line. Nine stops away from Oxford Street, which was approx 15 to 20 mins ride. We found it very convinient and most days it was a godsend to be a bit on the outskirts especially during the rush hour! Check out was hassle free as well. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again for my next trip.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not as good as previous stays
As a Priority Club member I expect the service as laid out in the description for the club.
On previous stays with Holiday Inn Express we have been extremely satisfied with the staff, service and overall experience. However, on this occasion we were not very happy. This was due to the fact that when we arrived there was not a room for us and we were asked to sit in the waiting area. Two other people, who were not Priority Club members were then given rooms after they had completed check in and paid, we booked and paid a month in advance.
The staff were not suitably trained to identify priorities in their process and as such this made our stay an average experience. Also the room had a smell like stale tobacco that was a few days old.
As a whole I recommend Holiday Inn Express as the brand is reliable, but I am now looking to stay at an alternative as I was late for my meeting due to the inefficiencies of the staff on this visit.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nervous good value
The hotel is situated on the border of zone 2 of the tube.
The tube station is right around the corner, 2 mins by walk.
Rooms are very quiet, clean. Staff was very helpful.
Wifi kinda works, you may suffer from occasional slow downs.
Breakfast could benefit from a little more variety: no ham, no cheese.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Milvus Superb experience
Needed a room for an overnight stay. Have used many other hotels, and was expecting "more of the same". We were very pleasantly surprised - the room was as good if not better than most, but the staff were quite exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive. This was quite genuinely the best hotel stay we have enjoyed for a long time, and excellent value for money. Top marks to all the staff in particular!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Oxcheetah Good location with poor service
Disappointed with the service here if I am honest.
Ridiculous car parking set up and no help where to park of theirs is full (not difficult it only seems to hold 10 cars!!).
Evening service is awful, kept waiting for service at the bar ages and then no apology, no smile and no please or thank you.
However, the worst of the lot was when I handed in an iphone left in the bar, and by coincidence I was checking out when a worried resident asked if one had been handed in. He was told NO without anyone even looking or checking!! Only when I interrupted did anything get done. I was told that there could not be a phone as it would have been in the handover - I had to get very assertive before I was 'believed'.
Brand damaging in my opinion.
