The place was easy to find and the staff are accommodating when we arrived. The room is clean and bed is comfy. Although, I did not quite enjoy the breakfast bit. Not much choices. Fry ups are very limited. But all in all, it served the purpose. A nice, clean place to stay in and close to the place we need to be.

stayed for a one night stopover so were mainly just looking for a bed for the night.however hotel ambiance was most welcoming and stayed up late drinking in bar.prices were as usual more than you would normally pay but staff were efficient and friendly.everything was to a high standard throughout the hotel and although it is unlikely we will return to this particular hotel we will try to use this hotel chain more often if the price is competitive as the price we paid was very reasonable.

after a very trying and hard day battling with traffic and other difficulties it was a safe haven to rest for the night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation clean and tidy . The bed was comfortable and the room warm ....exactly what was needed , and together with a wholesome breakfast the stay served to refresh and revive me for the next days endeavors...thank you

I am a priority club member and have used this hotel on earlier occasions as well. I found the stay comfortable and staff extremely good at their job. Very good location too ideal for commuting to central London.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, so we could take the kids in to central London, for weekend break.
I needed a place where I could park my car, There's plenty of parking.
There's a large super market, right next door, and a petrol station which was handy.
The staff are pleasant, checking in was straight forward.
The rooms a little small when you have the sofa bed out. but for a couple of nights it was fine, clean.
Breakfast, standard kind of stuff but I would have like more of a vegi choice with hot food.
The hotel is on a main bus route and it took about 10 mins to get to the Bus/Tube station, The bus service is regular even on a Sunday.
Overall nice pleasant stay, little simple but good value for money.

This is a good alternative to other more central hotels. Access to the city is easy and straight forward with a car. The warm welcome enhances this experience. The hotel is well located with adequate parking.

I stay at this hotel 2 or 3 times a year and it's worth every penny. I do always eat out or order take away in. Breakfast is good. Rooms great.
Only bad point is service at bar always seem to have to wait for service.
This hotel is easy to get to and staff are always friendly. Highly recommended if you want a cheap comfy quite hotel. I've stayed about 10 times now and never gad a problem.
