When we arrive at the hotel we were really tired and exhausted but staff at the desk helped to check in easily. Me and family enjoyed staying in your hotel. Thanks for your excellent service. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service from staff My stay at Chingford Holiday Inn Express was great service wise. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint with my stay here was the cleanliness of the rooms. When I got to the room there was hair all over the bed spread. And throughout the week the coffee cups and spoons were not changed/cleaned, and the tea and coffee was not replenished. The duvet also had pen marks all over it when the sheets were pulled back. For cleanliness this hotel did disappoint, but it really did redeem itself for staff customer service. November 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service What a credit the staff at Chingford are to Holiday Inn. I arrived late and there were a few issues with the room key cards. The staff at reception made sure this was not an issue for the guests by escorting each one individually to their rooms. Of particular note would be Alex. I'm not sure if he is the manager but his attention to detail and manner with dealing with guests was nothing short of impeccable! November 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by clean room - excellent location. great for a london visit At check in all staff were friendly and helpful even when the room didn't include the cot we ordered. However the staff over breakfast were stretched and we generally didn't see them. This meant there were no tables being cleaned - a kind of do it yourself approach. I was looking forward to my cooked breakfast but totally disappointed by no bacon and powered egg to make the scrambled egg - Holiday Inn - how could you do this!?? The rooms are really clean and ample for a couple. But my advise for a family - stay somewhere else - the rooms are not big enough for any more than 2 persons. We had 2 adults 2 children and a baby - it didnt work- there is no room for a cot at all. Lastly. no bath - how do you relax in a shower? November 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Only good things :) Stayed for 2 nights When I arrived Hotel Staff noticed that I was tired - politely confirmed reservation, personal details, rate, check in did not even took 2 minutes, I was informed about the breakfast hours and wi-fi, and offered free newspaper. Was starting the day early at 5 AM the Staff informed that is possible to get some of the continental breakfast but it was to early to the full express breakfast, so I was quite happy with that. High standard Express Hotel, Good Housekeeping, (clean Hotel, and rooms), friendly Staff, quiet AC, and a large (compared to others HIEX) bathroom. Great stay. November 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value for Money I stay at this hotel one or two nights a week, while on business trips. I have found it good value for money, clean and with friendly staff.. Although right next to the North Circular, I haven't been affected by any noise from the road, as one would expect.. There is a bug Sainsbury's next door, for some necessary. supplies, f any needed. One could possibly expect a little bit more variety in the breakfast dishes, but that is a minor quibble. November 8, 2014
