Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very well situated, friendly staff and quiet room I have stayed in a few HI Express hotels in London and never seen this one before Nice hotel, functional, good breakfast, comfy beds and friendly staff as well as being close to Kings Cross and the Central Line by tube. Literally 2 mins walk to the tube All in all a great little hotel which did the job really well and would def stop here again and have already recommended to my friends November 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by November 14th I've stayed quite a few times and it's always fine (good location, friendly# but let down by the number of tourists, terrible Wi-Fi #no signal in either of the rooms I occupied# and long waits at the bar #while staff walk past doing other things). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly staff and good location for London sightseeing We arrived very early but the Staff at reception desk checked us in with no problems which was very important for us. Once we were very late for the breakfast and the Staff that was taking care was still very helpful and asked whether they should bring any of the breakfast items. We appreciated this very much. There is one thing that I would like to draw the attention of the management - the smell from the Air Conditioning was not very nice that is why I do recommend either the cleaning process or the conservation of this equipment. Warm and friendley welcome from the reception staff and a nice attitude from all the other staff. Very clean room and to be honest no issues at all.
