Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not so good Hotel was overwhelmed by young mid-European visitors during our stay. Breakfast were consequently chaotic. Only a partial English breakfast was provided. No mushrooms, tomato, bacon, fried eggs. The scrambled egg was a disaster. January 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A feeling of transience Staff were very friendly and helpful but found it intimidating that guests were loitering in groups outside of my room. There wasn't a problem but I did not feel comfortable having to push through the groups to get to my door or out again. January 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great location but noisy The location of the hotel is great, the standard of the room was good but we didn't enjoy our stay because you just can't sleep through the noise, the windows are double glazed but it seemed their was no seal around our window and when there is noise outside it just felt like you were sleeping with the window open. The air conditioning unit didn't work in our room either and was making a regular noise all night, they did supply ear plugs but if you can't sleep with ear plugs then it's no good. We would not recommend staying here because the whole point in a room is to sleep. We didn't approach the reception staff about this the next morning due to a large que of people complaining about similar problems and they didn't seem very helpful in regards to the situation. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall good stay Friendly staff. However awful mattress on the bed. The first night and following day ended up in back pains. We decided to turn over the matress and then it was a bit better. I was on a week end with my wife and nieces so we were not especially expecting high level services but these matresses need to be changed on a more frequent basis. I would have complained about it or asked for aroom change if i would have been on business trip on my own. January 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff nice Hotel Dreadful!! I was put in a disabled room, with limited space in the shower. There was ear plugs in the room, and it was necessary to use them. The internet did not work and I had to revert to 4G but the reception was bad. It was a last minute business trip and this was the only hotel on the area. This Hotel made my stay in London very depressing. I would avoid it if you can, but getting last minute rooms on London, means Ill probably have to suffer it again sometime! January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Stayed for two nights while doing some research in the area. Convenient location and very comfortable. The free Internet available throughout the hotel specified in the check-in letter didn't appear in my list of available wifi connections but I was able to use a BTWiFi one, so it didn't prevent me from keeping in touch at home. Room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was limited choice but at least hot food was available as well as the usual continental options. Overall, very good value and I would be very happy to stay there again. January 18, 2015
