Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff nice Hotel Dreadful!! I was put in a disabled room, with limited space in the shower. There was ear plugs in the room, and it was necessary to use them. The internet did not work and I had to revert to 4G but the reception was bad. It was a last minute business trip and this was the only hotel on the area. This Hotel made my stay in London very depressing. I would avoid it if you can, but getting last minute rooms on London, means Ill probably have to suffer it again sometime! January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Stayed for two nights while doing some research in the area. Convenient location and very comfortable. The free Internet available throughout the hotel specified in the check-in letter didn't appear in my list of available wifi connections but I was able to use a BTWiFi one, so it didn't prevent me from keeping in touch at home. Room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was limited choice but at least hot food was available as well as the usual continental options. Overall, very good value and I would be very happy to stay there again. January 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Hotel, Location and Staff Stayed here for 1 night prior to heading to Brussels overnight. Check in was quick and easy although our booked room wasn't ready when we checked-in (which was 3pm) we were given a choice of leaving our bags or accepting a room described as being "a bit noisier on the 1st Floor." We chose the latter and in hindsight it wasn't probably the best option but it was our decision so no complaints. The aircom in the room was the reason for the noise but we simply turned this off when we were in the room. As soon as I was about to unpack I realised that I'd left my key at home so headed to Reception to see if they could help - after a few security questions about the contents of the case the concierge set about hacksawing the lock off for me and I was soon able to access my belongings. I found the mattress on the bed a bit too soft and didn't have the best night's sleep but breakfast in the morning more than made up for that. We hit breakfast "rush hour" so accessing a table was impossible but we still managed to grab platefuls of food, fruir juice and hot coffee - the amount and quality of the food and drink was excellent and the staff worked tirelessly to keep as many surfaces clear and clean. Check out was easy enough despite a big party checking out ahead of us so all in all a very good choice of hotel. The hotel is very easy to reach by public transport and is well located for Shoreditch and Islington. January 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by a pleasant visit The room was spacious and clean witha huge shower, towells of good texture and I appreciated the choice of hard or soft pillows. The bed was comfortable. It's a shame the receptionist didn't tell me how to use my card to operate the heating - I only discovered when I checked out and mentioned that my room had been slightly chilly. The breakfast choice was good, but the sign warning not to put croissants in the toaster was too high; one had to look up to see it; and several people didn't until too late: shame there was no other provision to toast them. The hotel is in reasonable walking distance of Old Street tube station and bus routes to go into central London or eastwards. January 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very quiet comfortable room in a great location for the price at this location this hotel can't be beaten stayed 5 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 8 in 1 room ,kids were sleeping on the double sofa bed ( fine for them!) the breakfast was free! though the same everyday it was fine! parking on site was expensive per day but in London you shouldn't use a car anyway! my mistake there was no safety deposit box in the room but there was a free box available at the reception January 12, 2015
