Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room medium comfort but b'fast very poor During our 5 day stay, we asked on several occasions for fried egg and some english bacon, however none was available. We also asked for bananas. The excuse on each and every day was that supplier was expected SOON. However never turned up in time. Taking into consideration room space & facilities, we must say that expectation as to price quantum, was a bit less than other hotels in the same area. It is fair to compare like with like. Other hotels in the same category, have restaurant service available in the evening, after a day spent roaming about. One needs to relax and avail of a reasonably priced meal without the need to go out again. We hope that in the future if we might decide to make use of the hotel, it is augered that all the above shortcomings would be addressed. November 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience Stayed here for a week and it was well worth it. Walking distance to 3 Underground stations. Also a nice walk to Warr Harley Davidson. While the breakfast choices may be limited to some guests standards I didn't find this to be so as I had sufficient choices to suit me. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job daily which was also checked by a supervisor. GM shows he does care strongly about customer service and satisfaction and it reflects in the employees attitudes. Having stayed in several other hotels nearby (Kensington) I found this Holiday Inn to be far better than they were and for less cost. Unless future plans dictate otherwise, this is where I'll stay when I return to the UK. November 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by G Shah It Was nice and Clean room and bathroom. Bathroom door was placed in a way that I caught up my hand while trying to shut it. Staff was 10/10 but breakfast was 5/10. Wont stay here in future because of very bad pillows and I couldn't sleep at all. Sorry :( November 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very convenient location. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is a bonus though choice is a bit limited. I prefer the older rooms with windows to the hermetically sealed ones with aircon in the new annex. Comfortable beds but pillows are too firm for my choice. This is a problem for me in most hotels now. We found the hotel very quiet. Wifi good. November 18, 2015
