Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MikeUH60 The staff made the difference
My family and I stayed here for 4 days while visiting the London area. While the hotel is not colocated with the city attractions, the underground is a city block away and the bus stop is at the front door. The staff was very accommodating. They were ready to assist the every day site-see'ers with a smile. The lobby offered a happy hour nightly to help wind down the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks again to the staff for making my trip and hotel stay an enjoyable one...

The room was an ok size by European standards. I was dissapointed there was no bathtub and it made it difficult to bath our 2 children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The train station was about a 10-15 minute walk away, but didn't know that when we arrived by train we needed to switch trains to get to the one close to the hotel and paid money to take a taxi. Overall a good experience with very friendly and helpful staff.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Evo64 Pleasant room and helpful staff
I stayed in a family room which consisted of a double bed and a sofa double bed. It was adequate for a one night stay as it was comfortable and clean.
The reception staff were very helpful too particularly one lady but unfortunately didn't get her name.
Although this Hotel was not in the city centre it was only a couple of stops on the tube and the closest station was a five to ten minute walk.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ChrisPh very recommendable central london hotel
For a central london hotel the earl's court holiday inn express is excellent value for money. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were to the normal holiday inn standard - good size, well heated and ventilated, clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated with an excellent shower. There was easy accessible parking which was not particularly cheap, but of reasonable price for central london and the breakfast was good and included in the price.
I will definitely be staying again on my next visit.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sunnegga Comfortable room and friendly staff
Room and shower very comfortable and spotlessly clean.Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was poor-not enough room for the number of guests staying. orange juice was good otherwise , bread rolls were not fresh, the scrambled egg was dry and overcooked and supplies of cheese and coffee ran out rapidly.. This was the same on the 2 mornings we were there. .

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rc777 Great service and excellent location
Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and courteous. I used my priority points to pay for the stay and got free breakfast and free internet. Its only .5miles to the metro station and easy to get anywhere in the city from there. Great restaurants right across the street for .5mile in either direction. The only negative is if you go down for breakfast too late it got very crowed but that it. I definitively recommend this hotel and i will stay here again in the future.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MKBpa Friendly staff and clean, comfortable accomodations
Our family of 3 stayed for 6 nights at the Earl's Court Holiday Inn Express. We found the staff pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and not too crowded. We always had plenty of towels and tea in our room.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of food, but it would have been better if they would have had different choices (not the same things every morning!( ie, bacon or ham instead of sausages).
I thought the tube stop was closer to the hotel. It was a fast 5 minutes walk away, but on a cold and windy day, it felt more like 20 minutes.
Overall, our experience was favorable and we would certainly consider staying there again if ever our travels took us to London.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Coxella Good Family Room
We had a lovely room for 4, the beds were a good size and comfortable, the rooms and entire hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. There was a slight queue for breakfast but that can't be helped, there was a good selection of food and drinks available. We booked on a 2 for 1 basis so we were very happy that we got such a lovely hotel at a good price. Recommended.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this Hotel in the last year and I have to say that the staff there are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Manager always acknowledges guests and makes conversation
It would be nice if Holiday Inn were to offer Vegetarian Sausages in the breakfast menu!
I would most definitely recommend this Hotel with absolute confidence..... thank you

staying on the top floor 512 we had the constant noise of air conditioning/motor from above or next to room which led to a restless and unsettled nights sleep on both nights..
Our first breakfast was adequate but on the next morning there was no hot breakfast available except for scrambled eggs. No alternative was offered.
The hotel was clean and tidy and staff were plesant

Excellent location, bus stop right outside the door and underground stations 5 mins walk. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Beautifully decorated throughout and well maintained. Room was really well presented (3313 - loved the colour of the paint - would love to know what shade it was) Bathroom immaculate and excellent power shower. Definitely the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in (although the one at Ocean Terminal runs a close 2nd).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Smellycat1979 great stay, good location, very friendly staff!
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Earls Court last week for 5 days and it really exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in Earls Court near tube Station West Brompton (5 min. by foot). There is a bus station right in front of the hotel and various other stations around the corner. Even though it is near a busy street with many little shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very quiet. Many supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.
The rooms and windows appear to be very soundproof, I slept like a baby. We heard none of the traffic and the air condition was quiet, too (no annoying noise). The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable; a bit lacking of closet space but for a short term stay it is ok. We had two separate beds, very comfy with different types of pillows. The bathroom was very spacious and super clean with lots of big, plush towels. There is a big flat screen TV with lots of channels.
The staff was always helpful and friendly, we were welcomed very warm and attentive. Breakfast was better than most other hotels I have tried in London with a large variety of cereal, fresh and cut fruit, yoghurt, pastries, mini muffins, breads, rolls, juices and of course eggs, sausages, baked beans and toast. There is a coffeemaker for cappuccino, hot milk, regular coffee and tea, which was good, too. The hotel staff cleaned constantly the area around the self-service breakfast bar and was quick to clean the tables after guest left after having breakfast. There was always enough of everything at the buffet, we did not lack of anything.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and friends visiting London for work or leisure and I would come back next time for sure.

I have an allergy. it was the second time that I went to the same hotel and I asked before my arrival that I has an allergy and nobody was able to find something for breakfast. They told me that I should said what I would like. The second time I did it and they weren't able to.
Just be sure that if breakfast is included you should have some special products for the people who is lactose intolerant, gluten, milk.....

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 WONDERFUL HELPFUL STAFF
Had an excellent experience at London Earlscourt Holiday Inn Express. The Reception staff was very welcoming upon our arrival and extremely helpful with directions, restaurant reccomendations and local transit questions. Of particular note - Laura on the front counter went out of her way when helping us and made what was already a pleasant stay that much more special - A job well done and with a smile from all the staff. Congratulations

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Silversurfer Affordable & more than adequate
Very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable with an adequate but not extensive breakfast menu which more than satisfied us. Had to book two rooms as no hotel in England it seems caters for two adults and three children so reasonable cost was a big factor. We did benefit from an adjoining door which was a bonus. Hotel was a 20 min ride on tube from central London(Tower etc etc) but was no big deal as West Kensington just 5 mins walk away giving access to District & Circle lines with Piccadilly line just one stop away at Earls Court. Overall pleasant stay and a reasonably priced hotel for the London area benefitting from good rates from being just that bit out of the centre.

We stayed here with out two children, the room was clean and fresh and had excellant sound proofing from the outside road niose.
There was plenty of fresh breakfast to eat, which was replenished often. There was fresh fruit on the counter and plenty of juice and coffee to hand. 5 Minute walk to the underground, and a bus stop outside the main door. We will return to this hotel in the near future. Internet is available in your room at a cost, but free internet is provided at the main seating area. There are plenty of places to eat in the area, and just a 5 minute walk to local cinema and shopping center.

As long as you're prepared to walk to nearby tube stations (West Kensington (5 mins) or Earls Court (15 mins), this is a great hotel. It's comfortable, clean and welcoming.. In short, one of the best Holiday Inn Expresses out there - I've stayed at around 25 different ones around the country, this one is in the top-5!

The hotel is excellent in all respects. The only areas for improvement for the business traveler are:
1) provide a real "business center
2) change the most ridiculous ala carte internet timed billing charges. Internet service should be free, with the associated costs incorporated into the overall cost of the room.
