Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ideally located Ideally located with the added bonus of a secure car park. The room itself was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and all necessary extras available. The Internet connection was sporadic which was quite annoying and the breakfast experience was indicative of London life - quick and noisy. However niggles aside, the staff were very helpful and overall the hotel was fantastic value for money January 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Generally a nice hotel Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Earl's Court for only 1 night. I was in the new extension and the room was very modern and was comfortable and very clean so no complaints there. Only slight issue was that the shower gel container was almost empty and I only managed to get 1 small squirt of gel whilst taking a shower. Choice at breakfast is a little limited with the only hot food being sausage, scrambled egg and beans, toast was available. However both milk dispensers contained milk that was off and very sour. I told the staff who changed the containers of milk in the units for fresh. However if they treat milk in this way I would wonder how they treat other food?? Limited parking is available and was not full when I visited but it is possible to park on the local streets at a high cost of £2.20 per hour. Overnight parking until 9am is free however. Generally a positive experience and good value for a London hotel. January 13, 2015

My Platinum status was immediately acknowledged on check-in by the receptionist. Friendly staff throughout the hotel and room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, good location Overall experience was good. The hotel is near tube stations, it`s easy to go anywhere. Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. Only the breakfast was crowdy. Fortunately we went there with perfect timing, but people who came 5 minutes later have to wait their food for long time. But the food was great. January 10, 2015

Although the food was the same each morning it was tasty, well presented, and the hot food was hot. Our room was very modern, and the bathroom, very importantly, was spotlessly clean each day. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. January 9, 2015
