Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JoSa123 Great Service & special compliment to Alice
As our trip was strated early and we were planning to checked in and dropped off our baggage then start our day in london. When we got to the hotel, the staff Alice gave us a treat as the room was ready to use at 7am in the morning ( normal check in time is 2pm) and she also offered us breakfast as well. It made our day. And she was very nice and helpful about the transportation information of london as well. Alice was being wonderful and friendly during our staying.
Just one little down side was when we asked the others staff whether we can have our baggage being keep in the hotel after checked out, it was refused. However when we checked out with Alice, she solved it as well.

We had a family weekend stay and the staff were great. Overall we had a good stay for what we paid. The only negative was the mattress was like sleeping on a water bed. Not very comfortable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TatiRJ comfortable room and great service
This is the second holiday inn that we stayed in our trip and all was very good ! This one was very comfortable, clean and the best was the people from reception who was very kind.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was a door inside the room connecting to the other room. Our neighbor wasn't quiet so we had to hear his TV until 3 am !!
I would stay here again but not with this kind of room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happycustomer10 Excellent service and thoroughly enjoyable stay.
We've just had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights whilst sightseeing in London with our 2 children.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and ensured our stay was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.
The room was tastefully decorated and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed was a bit soft for me, and the children's sofa bed was a bit lumpy, but the children didn't complain!
There are plenty of shops local to the hotel and the bus stop is very close, however we didn't use this at all, as we decided to catch the tube (Direct Line) into London from West Kensington station which is a 7-8 minute walk away. (possibly longer with young children!)
The breakfast was good, although my daughter likes boiled eggs and bacon which they didn't have, but upon jokingly mentioning this to the receptionist when checking out, she said if we stayed again in the future, to ring up prior to arriving and they'll make sure my daughter has her bacon and eggs for breakfast!!
As I said, excellent service and wonderful staff.

funny guys, they did not have the decency of replying to my email when i specifically told them that my wife and daughter were going to stay with them. I sent them a scan of the reservation order and they chose to sit on it and not reply anything.
for that they get an E
In other things they get a D
Not recommended, avoid these guys

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EssentialBusTraveller Adjoining Rooms made all the difference
We found ourselves in the newest part of the hotel and it seemed like a brand new building as the décor was in excellent condition. I've stayed in a few express's and the rooms were the best I'd stayed in. We needed two rooms and were fortunate enough to be given adjoining rooms and this made our stay even better. Well worth checking availability if this is a requirement.
Breakfast remained well stocked and plenty of room to find seating.
Only downside has to be location as the journey into central London longer than usual for us. Its a straightforward walk to the hotel and 5/6 mins is just about right. Some local shops like Tesco close by.
Would stay again but do prefer more central location. Thank you for looking after us

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AnnieDee Excellent Hotel would visit again
Having recently spent 5 nights at this hotel we can look back on a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We required one double room and one wheelchair accessible room, the reservation supervisor understood our needs immediately and was able to provide us with 2 interconnecting rooms that were close to the lifts. The breakfast area was bright and spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair and the choice and quality of food provided was excellent.
We found all the reception staff to be very pleasant in helping us find our way around London. We would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to London. It is very well situated for many bus routes into central London and was great value for money.

Booked a twin room for short break.for self and son. Got exactly what I was expecting- clean, modern and comfortable, Staff were friendly and efficient. Used West Brompton overground station to get around which is on the district line. We found it an easy 5-10 minute walk to the station.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Soomi Relaxing stay during a weekend summit
I booked directly online on their official homepage and had no problems whatsoever. It was a simple procedure and received all the details I required before departure. Check in was a breeze. We were warmly received at the reception desk and were given a room in the new annexe building.
The room with two single beds was clean, modern and well lit. The bathroom was spotless and compact. Overall we were very comfortable. The only thing I found odd was that there was no toilet brush to clean the toilet bowl after use! When one shares a bathroom it is common courtesy to clean up. I asked at the reception desk and was told that the cleaning staff takes care of that. *hmmms... odd..
The hotel is located close to West Kensington station. It is two stops away via bus 28 (heading towards Wandsworth) and bus 391 (heading towards Sands End). The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Walking down to the West Kensington station is no problem. There are good restaurants just around the corner, Lily Tandoori & Taiwan Village.
I will definitely return to Holiday Inn Express Earls Court. Service, quality and comfort were just what the weekend doctor ordered ;-)

We were truly welcomed by one Italian lady at the front desk. She was extremely polite, trying to help us get rooms, excellent support and what a wonderful experience staying at the Earls Court Hotel in London. I will now make sure that even for business trips, I will use Holiday Inn rather than Hilton and Hyatt.

Stayed for six nights in August. All room facilities worked well and the room is clean. Location is convenient that we usually walk to the West Brompton underground station. Restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is nice and quiet at night for sleeping. Breakfast is very good.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by munchkin2107 very friendly and helpful staff!
I would recommen this hotel. It is situated between two tube-stations (all are approx. 7-10 Minutes walk). Every member of the staff was very friendly.
The rooms are not very big. One thing not so great: no real wardrobe. There was not enough space for our shirts, so we had them lying on the table....

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Juti Polite staff
Overall our stay was very comfortable, clean minimal room and bathroom exceptionally clean for a hotel, but this might have been because it was relatively new! Staff were friendly and efficient! The only real downside was the breakfast area as people tended to push in but that not the fault of the hotel...just impatient clients!!! As a non hot breakfast eater, I felt more variety of fresh fruit could be Offered All the same I will recommend this hotel to others!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Julia38 Excellent service, very convenient location
Service is absolutely super! We arrived quite earlier than check-in time, but given that we had a transatlantic flight, we were promptly offered a room and even a crib for our baby (for free!). Breakfast was also very tasty with a good variety of options. There are 3 underground stations within walking distance. I'll definitely stay in this hotel again!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brummie77 Weekend away
My partner and I came for the second time this year. The first time was in April for the marathon. We didn't know what to expect at the time because we didn't know the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in April so much that we said we'd come back as soon as we can. And we did last weekend! It was a friend's birthday do at the other end of London. We opted for the longer trip on the tube just to be able to stay at this hotel. And we enjoyed our stay again! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and quiet. It's a fab place to relax while the exciting London life is not far away. Tube stations are in easy reach. Our room was in the 1-year old annex building, which was very exciting! Everything looked and felt brandnew. Only downside was that the room was quite hot but so was the weather outside! We chilled out for the weekend and felt we had a really good break after 2 nights at the hotel! We definitely want to come back again! Do you have a loyalty scheme?

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cayenne91 Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Very good hotel to stay in. Had absolutley no problems. Room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom and new towels every day. The breakfast is very good considering it comes free. There is a slight lack of choice in that maybe there could be bacon and other meats but overall it was very good. The area isn't exactly what I would call Earl's Court, it's more like west brompton and hammersmith but it's still a decent area nonetheless. I would advise to use west brompton tube station not west Kensington because you have to walk down north end road which can be slightly dangerous at times but overall quite safe. The hotel area is ultra safe though because you require to use your room key to enter the building and staff are at reception 24/7 so security is not an issue. This was my first time in a holiday inn and all I can say is I will definitely be using them more often in the future. It's not a 5 star hotel but in a place like london you don't need a swimming pool and spa because you will be out of the hotel all day. The location is also not too far out (about 20-25 mins on district line to centre) and the station is only a 5 min walk.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by CaptanCanuck Decent Hotel in Good Location
First trip to London, and having generally enjoyed Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past, our stay at Earl's Court was pretty much as expected. The main attraction was the quick access to West Kensington or West Brompton stations, which both allowed access to the District line for quick service to all the major London attractions.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only real complaint was the lack of variety at Breakfast. Coming from North America, the egg style and meats usually get changed up everyday. In London (as well as in Manchester, so I assume this is across the UK) the eggs are always scrambled, and your meat choice is always sausage. Other then that, it's the standard fair, cereal, toast, some fruit, etc.
A little on the pricey side for the brand, but seemed in line with other hotels around London. If you're on a budget, it's a decent place to stay.

The hotel provides good value for London. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed the air conditioning as the weather was very warm. It is located close to a bus route to get you to Hyde Park and to the shopping around Harrods. The tube is also only a short walk away.

As value for money not far from the centre of London it was excellent. The price included breakfast that had a good choice. Not full English but for the level of hotel a good choice.
Very good large shower and the AC was great during the hot summer.
Would stay again

Comfortable and clean rooms, Standard Holiday Inn Express layout. A little cramped for a family of four, but good value for money, with free breakfast for the children.
Good location for the museums (Science, Natural History, V&A), all about 30 minutes walk, and a convenient bus service with a stop just round the corner.
Secure parking at the hotel for 20 pound per day, but we parked on a street behind the hotel for free, without any problem.
Very helpful and professional staff
