Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't Say Enough We came to London for a family trip, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 8), when we got there the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we checked into our room the pull out couch was already made up and ready to be used. The breakfast was nice, some people have mentioned it was lacking, but my family found something each of us liked. For dinner each night we would go to the front desk and ask for places to eat, each one that was recommended we enjoyed. As for convenience to the Tube, you are a short 5 minute walk to 1 of 2 stations. We wish all the hotels in the USA had staff this nice! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to London for a visit. December 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Second visit... Can't wait for my third! :) As a rewards member, from the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. The staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast is enjoyable, with a nice choice of hot and cold food. The hotel is only 5-10 minutes walk (depending on how slow you are!) from two tube stations. Three of us stayed here for two nights, for my boyfriend's birthday. I am really glad I decided to stay here again, and next time I'm travelling to London I wouldn't hesitate to stop again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent well placed hotel The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Great location, transport links, lots of restaurants, shops, pubs and bars all close by. Rooms are comfortable, modern and the bathroom is clean and has a large shower cubicle with a power shower. The rooms in the annexe are nice and quiet. The only minus is not being able to purchase food in the bar area. November 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thinking of staying in London This hotel does what it says it will do - and does it well. No frills, no fuss, good value and has a car park (reasonable cost). Locally there are shops and pubs - The Goose pub (turn left out of the hotel and cross the roundabout) is worth a look and for a real local experience the Elms (turn right out of the pub - 100 yrds opposite you) may be for you. You can listen to music, watch TV and even play darts. There are two tube stations within 5 mins of the hotel and both Olympia and Earls Court exhibition halls are within walking distance (10 mins and 25mins respectively). Note - I travelled via tube during the morning rush hour - the tube is very busy - so add 20mins on to your journey plan or avoid the tube before 9am if you can - I saw older tourists really struggle to get near a tube carriage let alone get on the train. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and great service We stayed one night and had a room in the annexe. The building and common areas are nicely decorated, clean and very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was fabulous. It had a large shower and was very nicely decorated. It was obviously newly done. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the service at reception (particularly from Elwira) was of a very high standard. Elwira went the extra mile to be helpful and sort out a minor parking problem we had. Her attitude and efficiency was excellent. Well done. We will be back. November 18, 2013

Most of all the staff is very nice and helpful, they provided us help for everything we asked (directions, taxi, food...). Only regret, the breakfast : it's generous and free, but it's not very good. It's not bad but it's quite tasteless. But I do recommend this hotel, we had a very nice experience. November 18, 2013

Hotel clean, in a good location, 12 mins walk from Fulham Broadway, where there is a Nando's, GBK and other local restauarants. Room was of a reasonable size, considering floor space costs in London. Shower was one of the best I have used in a hotel. Breakfast was fresh, hot, refilled very quickly, good choice. It was half term and the hotel was busy, but even at peak breakfast times, the tables were cleared quickly by the staff. Staff were helpful and friendly. November 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern, comfortable, convenient for public transport Very nice, modern and clean hotel in a convenient location well served by bus (one stop facing hotel, other round the corner) and tube (2 stations nearby). Was greeted courteously and efficiently by reception staff who spared no effort to assist whenever I needed something. The breakfast buffet was reasonably varied and well attended to, and the dining area large yet cozy. However, more effort needs to be placed on cleanliness (spotted cutlery, food handled with bare hands). I stayed with my spouse and 2 young children in a double room with a sofa bed. The room is pleasantly decorated and reasonably sized (until the sofa bed is open, that is) but is quite sparsely furnished - there is no wardrobe, drawers, safe, or even a desk chair, only a small open hanging rod which was not enough for the 4 of us. Room service is provided by an external caterer through the hotel, and was not particularly tasty nor good value. A number of restaurants nearby (mostly middle or far eastern cuisine but also a nice pub as well as an italian restaurant) make up for this. Overall a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I can highly recommend this hotel. November 7, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms good - mattress not so much Staff and service were very good, as was the cleanliness. A bit let down by the beds, every time I moved, it was like being on a water bed, not good. Would like to say breakfast was nice, but after waiting over 10 minutes in the queue and not moving, I realised that it would take at least 30 before I sat down to eat at which point I would miss my train. So missed breakfast. I would stay again, but would probably wake up an hour earlier (6.45) to start queuing. October 30, 2013

We arrived early so our room was not ready, but on overhearing this the duty manager took over, invited us to take tea or coffee and within about ten minutes our room was ready . Great Service. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location for tourists For our 4-person family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) this was a good hotel which we mainly used for sleep, shower and breakfast. Good, peaceful location with a few minutes walk to underground for London and overground for Whitefield. We felt safe all the time. Our room was in the new, separate building. The sofa bed was not comfortable for grown ups but might work well for smaller children. The breakfast was satisfying. Everything was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The other guests were tourists and business men. Good value for those who are in London to see London and not to stay at the hotel. October 23, 2013

Responded to my request to get a room in the adjacent new and additional part of the hotel. Rooms rather small (well this is expansive London, isn't) but then enough space for two, comfortable and clean. Breakfast gets you a headstart into the day but could offer a wider choice. Public transport in close vincinity (bus no. 28 from subway West Kensington and 2 stops right in front of the hotel) but walking a few minutes gives you a flavour of what the neighbourhood is about. Certainly my choice visiting London again after prior disappointments with lower budget hotels and B&Bs. October 8, 2013

The reception staff were friendly, the room was a good size, comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. There was a big shower and all very clean. Breakfast was lovely. I forgot my toothbrush and the staff gave me one instead of me having to find a local shop to buy one. I Would definatly recommend this hotel. October 2, 2013

I chose the Holiday Inn Express at Earl's Court as it's only a short walk away from the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre where I attended the 2013 EuroGamer Expo. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The room was a good size and included a double bed (which I found a bit hard but was able to sleep well on it), tv, hairdryer, sofa, tea & coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom and the all important free wi-fi, which was easy to connect to and quick to use. After a busy day at the Expo I was able to head back to my room and relax. Even though the hotel looks out onto a busy main road, I couldn't hear the traffic at all and it was really quiet so I could get a good night's rest. The breakfast is self-service and offered a wide variety to choose from - tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, croissants and even a cooked breakfast. The hotel is very close to the high street and only a short walk from the nearest tube station, so you can be in Central London i around 20mins. There's a good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in the hotel. All in all, a successful stay offering value for money & I would happily recommend this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service & special compliment to Alice As our trip was strated early and we were planning to checked in and dropped off our baggage then start our day in london. When we got to the hotel, the staff Alice gave us a treat as the room was ready to use at 7am in the morning ( normal check in time is 2pm) and she also offered us breakfast as well. It made our day. And she was very nice and helpful about the transportation information of london as well. Alice was being wonderful and friendly during our staying. Just one little down side was when we asked the others staff whether we can have our baggage being keep in the hotel after checked out, it was refused. However when we checked out with Alice, she solved it as well. September 22, 2013

This one was very comfortable, clean and the best was the people from reception who was very kind. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a door inside the room connecting to the other room. Our neighbor wasn't quiet so we had to hear his TV until 3 am !! I would stay here again but not with this kind of room. September 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and thoroughly enjoyable stay. We've just had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights whilst sightseeing in London with our 2 children. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and ensured our stay was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The room was tastefully decorated and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed was a bit soft for me, and the children's sofa bed was a bit lumpy, but the children didn't complain! There are plenty of shops local to the hotel and the bus stop is very close, however we didn't use this at all, as we decided to catch the tube (Direct Line) into London from West Kensington station which is a 7-8 minute walk away. (possibly longer with young children!) The breakfast was good, although my daughter likes boiled eggs and bacon which they didn't have, but upon jokingly mentioning this to the receptionist when checking out, she said if we stayed again in the future, to ring up prior to arriving and they'll make sure my daughter has her bacon and eggs for breakfast!! As I said, excellent service and wonderful staff. September 7, 2013

I sent them a scan of the reservation order and they chose to sit on it and not reply anything. for that they get an E In other things they get a D Not recommended, avoid these guys September 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adjoining Rooms made all the difference We found ourselves in the newest part of the hotel and it seemed like a brand new building as the décor was in excellent condition. I've stayed in a few express's and the rooms were the best I'd stayed in. We needed two rooms and were fortunate enough to be given adjoining rooms and this made our stay even better. Well worth checking availability if this is a requirement. Breakfast remained well stocked and plenty of room to find seating. Only downside has to be location as the journey into central London longer than usual for us. Its a straightforward walk to the hotel and 5/6 mins is just about right. Some local shops like Tesco close by. Would stay again but do prefer more central location. Thank you for looking after us September 1, 2013
