The location is excellent for access to the shopping and theater district in the West End of London. With both Underground and Overground services close by the whole of London is easily accessable. There are a number of places to dine close by but pubs are limited. Overall it is very convienient and the staff are always very accomodating.

For a family with 2 teenage girls the location was perfect (just a one block walk) from Finchley Road underground tube station in a safe neighborhood, staff is very, very helpfull and kind. Breakfast was good and abundant, space was ok for 4 people (could be a bit larger) and the price is fair for London. We will certainly come back.

Great relaxing hotel just outside central London- perfect for commuting in for a night out and good local amenities if you want to eat out prior to going into town. Very welcoming and relaxing environment- highly recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LCHiok 7 great nights
Stayed for a week. Room is big and clean. Enough space for family of 2 adults and 2 teens and 4 luggage with room to move about.
Great base to explore London from, with Finchley Road station served by Jubilee and Metropolitan line somehow felt less packed than the picadilly line, so am glad we stayed at this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by P-CB Good location just outside Central London
This Holiday Inn Express is very conveniently located just outside the Central London area. It is particularly well served with a number of Underground and Overground stations nearby. It is also on a major bus route with frequent services into the West End and also direct coaches from Luton and Stansted airports stop just outside the hotel. There a good range of shops and also chain and non chain food outlets nearby.
The downside is that it is on a very busy road and there appear to be just 4 car parking spaces.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a bit cramped and in the main period did not encourage you to linger. Breakfast food was variable with a good selection of cold items, yogurt, pastries etc, but the hot items consisted entirely of catering company scrambled eggs, baked beans and either sausages or bacon. Tables were left dirty for too long.
Rooms are entirely Holiday Inn Express standard - meets most requirements for a 1 night or 2 night stay - except no baths/ just showers.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shiner68 Good service and comfortable room
We were pleasantly surprised at the overall experience staying for two nights at this hotel recently. The room was a reasonable size for a London hotel and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area ,although a little on the small size, worked well and was stocked with a good range of hot and cold foods and drinks.
The main factor that stood out was the genuinely helpful and friendly attitude of all the staff.
