This is our third stay at the hotel, and whilst the public areas have been well kept up our room needed refurbishing - stained carpet, poor water pressure in shower, thin bedding etc.
The Kosher breakfast is also unsatisfactory - stale cakes and not enough options to go with the roll - butter , jam and nothing else.
The hotel is not well connected to public transport - but remains an option for those who have to be in NW11.

Checking in was quick and efficient and the front of hotel staff were very good and polite.
Room was very big and clean, TV could do with an update but the free wifi came in very handy for my 6 year old.
Overall a very nice and peaceful stay in Golders green.
Bit of advice, the golders green tube is about a 30 minute walk away from the hotel along the high street.
Finchley is only 15 minutes walk away
Buses stop right out side the hotel if you want a quicker way to get into London or to golders green tube station (Number 82)

Pity about my booking experiences. I have been charged twice on my card within minutes of making a reservation and on my most recent booking was told to check-in via the internet and then cut off. I called back and had difficulty with a second member to make my reservation and when I called later to complain was told that the name the first person had given me was not known in reception!!!
Suggest you retrain your reception on taking reservations.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this was my worst experience so far. The lifts were out of order and I had to carry my cases up to the top floor and back down the next morning. The room was too warm and when I opened the windows, the traffic noise was terrible, so I had to use the AC which was very noisy. I did try to watch the damaged TV, but the selection of stations was very poor. I hardly slept because of the AC running all night to keep the temperature down and the breakfast experience left me quite agitated. I do not use cereals and opted for the cooked breakfast. The only things available were very overcooked sausages, scrambled egg and beans. I tried to eat them, but could not. I do not understand why bacon is not available at the hotel, or pork, as it is not advertised as a Kosher hotel. Not the best start to a very long day. The staff were excellent as ever.

For the price paid, this hotel delivered. The only two shortcomings I encountered was a little noisy AC system and that you have to catch a bus to get to a tube station. Everything else was much above average.
