Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff at this hotel avoid room 401 Hotel really nice stayed there a few times, however this stay was a disaster, I was in late and had to leave early morning, my room 401 needs some attention. The lift shaft is next to the head end of the bed and all night all I could hear was machinery rolling and clinking, loudly. Maybe I got a total of an hours sleep, in the end I got up and left early. The reception staff were busy as I left so did not mention. September 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by average the staff at desk very good and attentive. but the breakfast was not up to other IHGs. variety was poor and staff were pushed. only one person on which is not acceptable. cooked food unacceptable for this standard of hotel. internet was not working for two day out of our three stay so not very impressed. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beds far too small for two people The first night the mattress on the (far too small) double bed was disgraceful. Dips, lumps, it was like something taken from a skip (I hope it's ended up on one now). I showed the Duty Manager and Housekeeper and to be fair when I returned the following evening a 'new' much better mattress had been installed. If this Holiday Inn is really serious about customer comfort, they'll do the same as some of their competitors and get bigger double beds and guarantee a good night's sleep, but because of the location, I feel it's like motorway services where people will go due to convenience rather than comfort and value. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fairly basic but there was something for everyone. September 2, 2014

Hotel is 8 mins bus trip from tube( 18 mins to Tottenham Crt ). Bus stops are exactly in front of hotel.Internet was good in guest rooms and breakfast was good and made of various items.Hotel staff were very nice , except for some staff in breakfast area , which were unfriendly to customers.I would recommend this hotel and even North Acton Holiday Inn , which we stayed in last year. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Faulty Towers This hotel was a joke, Travelled with my disabled grandson, and 82yr old mother and a friend, room had enough for 2 people not 4 as booked, restaurant had very little choice and we ended up with microwave meals, at £9.95 the 2nd night no chef so no food. was offered a takeaway menu for pizza. Breakfast was cold cheap bacon microwaved scrambled eggs, which were dry and nasty, and beans. No beer just overpriced bottles as they had ran out. Asked for milk to make Horlicks for my grandson was told I could have 2 small containers which are complimentary to the room, when I told them I needed a glass of milk I was told there is a shop up the road, will never return to this hotel, it puts the Holiday Inn Group to shame. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value welcoming staff Hotel represented good value for the location and amenities that were included. Complimentary parking was a very welcome feature. Room was a good size with beds and pillows of a reasonable standard. Free wi-fi, breakfast and complimentary newspaper were appreciated. The dining area was a bit crowded at breakfast, but that was a minor niggle. Staff were very pleasant. Will stay again August 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Stay Holiday Hotel looks great from the photos and so are the reviews. When we arrived in London, I realized it took us an hour to reach this place from Heathrow airport. The price i paid for inclusive of internet and breakfast was great though compared to the current price when we checked in. Breakfast is good except that for the 3 days we were there, there wasn't really any variation. My only complain was the hot shower. I usually take my showers early like in between 5 and 6 am to ensure water is still hot and not saturated but this is the first time I stayed at a hotel and the water turns from hot to cold then to hot again continuously like every 3 minutes. I thought at first, it might just be for the first day. But it happened on the 2nd and the 3rd and i just assumed maybe that's how it is. Overall the service was good and the staff were friendly. I just have a hard time understanding their accent every now and then. I will probably book in Holiday Inn again but somewhere closer to the city center. August 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff I use this hotel regularly, staying on average 2 nights every week, and switched to this place from a local competitor around 2 years ago. Although the hotel facilities are pretty basic, it is always clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they make the stays away from home that bit more enjoyable. The hotel houses a good mix of business users and holidaymakers and is a good location for North London and even getting into the City which is only around 30 minutes direct on the Northern Line, with the station about 10 minutes walk away. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by experience we have stayed in a few holiday inns and we enjoyed this one. the staff are professional and helpful the hotel was clean and was ideal for the underground station only a 15min walk. the only faults we found were the problem with the door card for the guest room and the television poor size and channel choices.could also do with two separate beds for the children. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and uncomfortable, little choice at breakfast Beds and pillows were hard and lumpy. Only a few TV channels (even though Freeview is available in the UK). Cooked breakfast only a choice of eggs, beans or bacon. Noisy all night from busy junction - constant emergency vehicles sirens, motor bikes, etc. Even moved to back of the hotel and it was still bad. Would not recommend. August 9, 2014

My prepaid voucher showed a booking and arrival of July 29th. The desk manager resolved this situation. August 7, 2014
