The hotel met all our needs and expectations. Our room was on the side road of the hotel and we had a relaxing quiet stay for one night.
The bathroom was well equipped with soap and shower gel, it was spacious with a good quality shower. The only problem was the extractor fan wasn't working, but this wasn't a big issue.
The bed and the room were to a very high standard of cleanliness and we had several pillows to choose from.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and offered advice on our visit to Camden which was very useful.
Our breakfast was excellent and it offered a variety of choices to set you up for the morning.
The hotel is ideally placed and a bus stop is right outside your hotel with good links to the tube.
We had an evening meal at zizzis a short walk away as the hotel doesn't provide evening meals.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'm sure we will return.

Stayed here for one night. Staff were courteous and attentive. Great value all round. Good breakfast choice. Kids enjoyed it very much. Good proximity for the tube. Great service from all the staff. Would defo stop here again.

We stayed in adjoining room and my seven year old grandchild thought this was great. Both rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We were very surprised at the great choice of breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning.
Very easy access from end M1 from north. Handy for travelling into London.
Definitely a hotel to return to. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location for Alexandra Palace. Parking can be a real problem, especially if you have a big car.

My husband & I stayed 4 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Golders Green. The room was large and clean and had all the amenities we needed. There is now free WiFi in the entire hotel and it worked great. We are orthodox Jews and the hotel staff catered to our needs. We enjoyed a very nice kosher breakfast. We were given a Shabbat key and a Shabbat lamp on Friday. Although rooms don't have refrigerators, there was one available for guests in the breakfast kitchen. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Kinloss synagogue and other synagogues, kosher groceries, bakeries and restaurants. The bus stop to the Tube is in front of the hotel. I'd like to especially thank Heidi & Nishan for being so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

A first class experience on our recent visit to this Hotel.
We were met at reception by friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.
Our room was spotless in every respect.
The choice for the self service breakfast was excellent and again the dining area was spotlessly clean and tidy.
Well done to all the staff.
Would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for the NFL UK game at Wembley Stadium. This location has a Bus Stop right outside of the lobby to connect to multiple Tube Stations. Also, it is semi-close to East Finchley Tube Station with a car park (5 pounds to park all day until 3 AM) for traveling to the inner city. The breakfast was good as well, something for everyone, hot and cold. The staff granted us with a hassle free early check-in which we needed to get to our event early. There is a nice lounge in the lobby and the dining area is nice as well, not cheaply done. Also, we were traveling with our 18 month old baby and the staff put a portable crib in the room that was of good quality and not cheap, plus free of charge. Parking is FREE and some of it is covered parking as well. Overall, if you need a place to stay and are spending most of the time outside of the hotel, then this is perfect. If you want to stay in the hotel and relax for the majority of the time then I recommend upgrading to Holiday Inn's more expensive accommodations. Overall, this HI Express was exactly what we needed for the NFL Game and 2 additional days of London sightseeing!

We only stayed one night but had a great experience. Room spotless and bed comfortable. Breakfast was a great selection and plenty of it even though it was busy when we wanted to eat. Reception staff were kind, smiley and very helpful. For a weekend stay this was a good choice.

I usually stay in this hotel. I was pleased with the free WiFi however I had to work near the room door to get the internet. The pillows felt booth hard. I think the softer one should be thinner as well. The restaurant chairs has been renewed as the previous one were very wobbly.

Great location for my business the following day. Staff on reception were first class. Room slightly larger than your normal Holiday Inn Express. Usually breakfast which was good standard.
Wonderful place to stay!

Arrived at noon and the staff allowed us to check in early as we had an urgent appointment in central London. This was very helpful!
The car park is very odd and restricted but there are spaces underneath which appear to be out of use or leased out.

A comfortable room with a good bed. Only let down by a rather noisy lift shaft adjacent to the room. I was woken up by clanking machinery a couple of times during the night.
Staff very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast.

I spent 3 nights the weekend of the Summer Bank holiday with my family. In the last week I had stayed in 5 other hotels Holiday Inn in UK, no one had requested a further verification of my identity. Well for everyone's safety! The first night I asked for a pint of draft beer. They did not! Only in the bottle, but demanded the payment in cash and not charge the account of the room! At this hour? I had to go back in the room to wake up all at once to pay a beer? Never heard in many years that I frequent hotel for just one night! Service very rude.

I am very glad the hotel has belatedly introduced free Wi-Fi for its guests. I don't understand, however, why the Wi-Fi has to be on a secure link. Secondly, more importantly, I don't understand why the secure link is changed on a daily basis. Most guests will only stay one night, but if a guest is staying three nights, as I did, it is seriously inconvenient to obtain the new code on three separate occasions
In every other respect the hotel accommodation was entirely satisfactory and the staff were extremely helpful

Initial rom stank of smoke but we were immediately given a different room.
The reception staff were very helpful, both with moving rooms and with booking taxis later in the evening.
Room was perfectly adequate for one night. Good shower and comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for the location, although we kept the windows firmly shut.

When we first arrived I was happy and got a good first impression. The staff were polite and kind! When we got to our room it was fine although the TV was small and my child's bed was a sofa bed that wasn't comfy for her and she couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was lovely and had lots of things to choose from - however, I was shocked when I heard they didn't do dinner!! Over all, it was a great stay and I'd recommend it if you were going away over the weekend! ;)

We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. Less people first night, so could park easily, next morning breakfast almost empty and absolutely no complaints for the money.
Saturday was fully booked, no car parking, breakfast crowded and staff under pressure, and around £50 more for the experience!
Still rated very well. Would use again.

Stayed here for a night was absolutly horrible gave us the wrong room (disabled room)! The breakfast was just horrible i mean compared to another holiday inn i stayed in this has got to be the worse hotel ive ever stayed in service was so bad! Do not recommend!

I booked this hotel last minute for my son and I and was very pleasantly surprised by the price and the quality of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was also just right, with a choice of cereals, croissants, toast and a small selection of hot food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel - the number 82 goes to victoria via Oxford Street. Just ensure you have change for the fare!

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and every time the wifi is hopeless. unless your room is next to the lifts the wifi does not reach the rooms. It is fine in the corridor or on the stairs but as soon as you enter the room it drops away. THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT. on my last stay the staff tried to help but other than move you to a room "closer to the lift" there is not a lot more they could do.

Reception staff were particularly helpful, but all staff we met were professional, polite & friendly. Free, secure, 24hr parking on site was huge plus point for us. Room clean and comfortable. Convenient location by North Circular. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

smart, clean rooms with good room for family with 2 children. Children did however complain that the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on, but as we only stayed for 1 night was not a lasting issue. Good location to get to central London from and perfectly placed for our journey northbound the next morning. Would be good to have a bottle of water in the room. Overall, very pleased.
