A useful location, situated just off the North Circular, giving easy access to the M1.
Friendly staff, good food in the restaurant and this is the first Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed at, where bacon is offered rather than sausages; very tasty!

The rooms are look a little tatty, and wood desk area has seen better days. The rooms are all really good sizes, and I'm sure would work well for families.
The staff here are unfriendly, and the simplest of requests take an eternity, customer service training is needed.
Breakfast is best avoided.

O hotel Holiday Inn Express em Golders Green é exatamente o que eu espero de um hotel sempre que preciso fazer uma rápida viagem a negócios. Simples e confortável, mas com instalações novas e funcionais. Além disso ele fica localizado próximo a uma das principais vias de acesso de Londres: a North Circular. Por ela, tudo fica mais próximo, até mesmo aeroportos como Heathrow e Luton. Mas o ponto alto está no pessoal que nos serve enquanto estamos hospedados nesse hotel. Da recepcionista à camareira, todos te atendem com muita cortesia e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar ali.

I have, unfortunately, had to correspond with the General Manager - albeit, he/she hasn't replied - yet!
However, my stay last night was, in fact, a vast improvement on some of my previous stays.
I didn't arrive until gone 02:00 and so appreciated, for once, non disabled guests hadn't parked in the disabled parking spaces - a real bonus.
Booking in was quick and methodical and when I entered my room, it wasn't as cold as it has been in previous stays.
This may seem like a doubled edged review, and maybe it is; however, the main point I would wish to make is that, I believe standards are improving; which creates hope that standards will continue to improve.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel - the service was excellent, the staff really helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Exceeded my expectations.
