Great location, close to the central line and easily accessable just off the M11. Nice little base for a trip in to central london without the central london extortionate prices. We only really had a couple of minor complaints with regards to the stay which was overall good. The milk pods in our room were 3 months out of date (we discovered this after using them! Other than that we had a bit of a issue with our keycards which stopped working after a few hours so we couldn't get back to our room afetr a late night out without a trip to reception first! Our biggest complaint was the lack of sleep due to the very inconsiderate people on the same floor as us who insisted on talking and shouting very loudly in the corridor at 5.30 in the morning. We had to open our door and tell them to shut up to get them to stop.

this was a great hotel to stay at over 10 years have stayed many times when visiting family. but this visit was poor has local management changed???? because standards have dropped and possible will not visit again

Overall one of the better Hol Inn Express's on the east side of London.
Pro's Hotel seems modern, Staff were friendly. Rooms seem new and clean.
cons : Breakfast (the whole hol inn express breakfast offering needs a shake up...... its awful). I avoid it now. Not just this hotels fault, but I wish someone at IHG would shake it up the 'Express hotels model' and make guests feel a little more 'wanted' with better choices and something different to the self service fodder, that passes for breakfast.
Car parking : Another case of a third party company owning the car park, and registering your car at reception. I recently wrongly had an aggressive payment demand letter for Hol Inn car parking fines from a third party vendor, so not a fan of these systems. why not just own the car park for your guests

Lovely hotel in great location. Parking just £5 for 24 hours. Excellent customer service, comfortable room...as always with Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast available at convenient times with enough choice.
