Easy to park, staff friendly, short walk to tube station,breakfast poor though

When we arrived they informed me I booked my room through an agency and that was why I was not informed of some important information I needed to check in. She told me "you should have called the hotel phone number directly".. I then told her I did call it directly, from their website. then she replied with "Oh well if we are too busy we will transfer you to the other agency for booking". I was not okay with the way I was treated.
Then when we got to our room, there was only enough toilet paper for ONE PERSON to use the restroom ONE TIME. So we had to call down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. And they took 25 minutes to bring it to us.
one more thing, the walls are so thin I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. As well as the maids coming in 3 times before 9am!!! Oh and they laughing and talking with no consideration to the 3 sleeping people in the room.

We have been to this hotel a few times before, and unfortunately each time we visit it goes down in our expectation.
There are stickers all over the place which make it look really tacky.
No internet access, despite calling reception a number of times. It was either broken or we kept being told we didn't need a code when we did - unfuriating!!! Mentioned in on departure, but as far as offering to take it further - nothing.
Very disappointing for what was a nice hotel
