Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel and friendly staff We had a family room and the only complaint would be the lumpy bed/settee. Having said that I would highly recommend this hotel - very friendly staff and the room smelled lovely and looked clean when we walked in. I do feel that the price is higher because there is not much competition in the O2 area! However it was lovely just being able to walk back and not queue for the train! October 3, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid unless you want to pay thru the nose They don't tell you parking is an additional £10. Advertise as best lowest price. However the price is more than double of sister hotel only 40 minutes away. When questioned on this, and the parking the attending desk manager was not friendly about it, but matter of fact. Then he and the security guard stood outside seeming to assure that I was parking my car off premises. September 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handy for the O2, but breakfast is average and poor for Gluten Free The website suggests that there should be gluten free food for breakfast - and in fact I called the hotel in advance to be sure and was informed that there was bread, rolls, cereal and sausages that would be suitable, as well as fruit and yogurt and just to ask the staff at breakfast. Finding staff at breakfast was nigh on impossible and when asked about gluten free food they became flustered and in the end I was given 4 damp slices of obviously microwaved bread on a wet plate. The sausages turned out only to be vegetarian, the cereal non-existent. Why promise something that can't be delivered? I would have brought food if I'd known! September 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great staff, hard beds Took my 10 year old to see 1D and drove to the hotel which is close to the O2. They have plenty of parking but it costs £10 per night, which is a shame as the car park was empty. The check in was good and the staff are very nice. The room was clean the bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. It had easy to use air con and good tea making stuff etc but the beds were very hard!. The breakfast was disappointing (no bacon no eggs) and a bit like being back at school. You have to toast your own bread in the toasters (which are useless) and that means your breakfast is cold by the time you sit down. I think I would have paid a bit extra to be served breakfast at the table, its a bit similar to Butlins but not as much choice of food. September 29, 2015
