Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast / Internet Service in Public Area A good stay and I recommend hotel for people needing to be in Greenwich. Breakfast is a challenge area for management - better coffee and better range of cooked items would bring better customer service. PC and internet service in public area requires attention. Overall a friendly and satisfactory stay. I would stay again and would definitely continue my loyalty to Holiday Inn. August 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value and ideally located Not the most inspiring location perhaps but actually very well located for access to local amenities and for travelling into central London. We were there for the RideLondon cycle event and the hotel is ideal for getting riders to the start and returning from the finish (via ferry to N Greenwich dock) and for family to travel in via tube (10 mins walk). Car parking at the hotel is, for London, quite reasonable and the rooms were very competitively priced for 2 adults and 2 children sharing. The staff were friendly the rooms clean and the food just as you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express - unspectacular but pleasant enough. August 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ideal Location for O2 Great location for access to the east end and the O2 which is only a short walk. We stayed overnight for a business trip and the location was ideal. I personally think this hotel is just a bit too far outside London if you were thinking of using it for a base for a visit to London. Having said that it is close to the North Greenwich Tube stop which is on the Jubilee Line which gets you to central London in around 25 mins. The hotel is typical of this brand, the staff were friendly and check -in was standard wight he room and bathrooms clean and tidy and as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. The ground floor also has a Chinese restaurant, which we didn't try. The breakfast is a buffet menu and during our visit there was no bacon available which was a little disappointing. August 10, 2014
