My wife and I only stayed for one night but I arrived very early and the guy on reception made no drama and just checked me in for which I was very grateful. There was then an issue with my prioroty club number which I couldn't find but eventually the same guy managed to find it for me from very little information. Excellent all round. Only negative point is that breakfast is a bit chaotic and lousy coffee. They kept running out of things but it wouldn't put me off.

Nice hotel, quiet considering it is in the hart of Hammersmith, friendly stuff, breakfast choice could be improved.

Some of the staff were superlative and very helpful, but others were not. The room cost was outrageous. Talked to others who had lower rate, so I clearly did not negotiate properly. But overall, it you have a need to be in this area, it's a pleasant place to stay.

Nice & clean & everything worked, comfortable bed & a good choice of breakfast. Able to check out by 11 was also an added bonus!

Very noisy hotel I was overlooking train tracks so may have better luck on other side of hotel. Also stag and hen parties waking people up at 3am with swearing and singing etc. Brekkie ok but full of oiks overloading their plates as though they thought the food was going to run out.
Wont be staying here again.

All staff very helpful & polite. No hassle overnight car parking when I checked in mid afternoon (first come, first served). Room (on a corner) spacious & clean. Excellent bathroom. Only downside, breakfast looking a bit tired by 9 am but good cafés nearby. Location very convenient for tube to West End, etc. Overall very good value for London.

The hotel is near to the subway, shops and mall. Very convenient and not too far from London Heathrow Airport too.

Great location and modern and comfortable rooms. Price was reasonable for London and I am planning to stay again... Breakfast was superb but limited parking available on site.

Good value hotel in a convenient location. Clean comfortable and well laid out room. Large, quiet lounge in the reception area with free Wifi. Room was a little small for four - no room to move around with sofa bed up, but overall a good experience. I would stay again.
