Staff, specially, one of the staff on evening/reception duty was not helpful and dismissive. Very disappointing.

Attended this hotel as was going to a show at the o2 , was a 3minwalk to station where we was able to go one stop to the venue ,very easy n accessible ,staff and check in was efficient room was pleasant decor and very comfy. We were given option of being at front or back of hotel and we had a lovely view of the o2, although there was building work going on around but this didn't spoil our stay at all. Would stay here again if we had a night in London.

The overall standard is average, most stays have been fine but unfortunately the bad ones tend to stick in your mind. The type of guest it attracts are the sort that are quite happy to talk and shout in the corridors past midnight. What has specifically prompted this average review (I don't usually bother as you tend get what you pay for# was that I asked for a quiet room but I was placed on the 4th floor where the air con was intolerably loud and kept me awake. I had that 12.00 pm will it stop or do I complain moment. That said I'm staying there 3 nights next week so I'm hoping they have that sorted it out, if not I won't be putting up with that again. I'm sure I'll get the "we are sorry to hear about....." email but until they actually have a concerted effort to improve the standards then it will only ever be average #The price and convenience for Central London is good)
