Welcoming staff, helpful in every way. Rooms are somewhat small but typical for central London.
Well maintained facility and very clean.
The buffet breakfast could use an upgrade.

A tired old building with absolutely no sound insulation between rooms or floors. if you want to sleep stay elsewhere. By some distance the worst HIX i've ever stayed in.

The welcome on arrival was lovely and it was great to be recognised and welcomed every time I walked through. Great service from the front desk. A little disappointed in the breakfast requests for Gluten Free were not met and this is the first Holiday Inn this has happened at, I am happy with the suggestion made by the front desk staff on how this could be avoided on future stays.
Overall it is a well located hotel, as long as you realise it is actually a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station and go to the subway that is closer. Nice area, good rooms, great front of house service

This is a great location. We use it every time. It is just a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station and has a regular bus service outside the hotel.

ho già scritto il motivo per cui non è stato possibile pagare il conto con la mai carta di credito per un problema di connessione del vostro ufficio di ricezione con l' istituto di credito. Da sottolineare che durante il mio soggiorno inglese ho adoperato senza alcun problema la mia carta di credito in molte strutture. se non fosse intervenuta una persona che viaggiava con me non avrei potuto pagare il conto perchè sprovvisto di contanti sufficienti essendo le ultime ore di permanenza a Londra e avendo l'aereo dopo poche ore dal check out.
